Spacious, nice and very complete.

The place met all our expectations, a little secluded, but it's not a problem, since the road is safe, everything is very clean, it has everything you need (although more kitchen equipment such as a blender would be very helpful), and the owners are very friendly and helpful at all times, 100% recommended.

The place and the stay were wonderful. The house was in very good condition, with all the amenities described. The person who attended us to give us the key and was attentive to us was very kind. However, the host was found somewhat absent, the location was not accurate and they did not answer the phone. We had to wait 30 min to get the exact location. Correcting this last one I would 100% recommend it for a quiet day away from the noise.

In general, the accommodation works very well if you're traveling with a group of friends and looking for a place to spend the night. If your intention is to enjoy a more comfortable experience, with luxury and everything you need for cooking, I recommend bringing your own utensils, as the place is not fully equipped in that regard. What is most appreciated is the privacy and independence it offers. Unlike other accommodations with many restrictions, here you can feel more free to organize your stay at your own pace, without that meaning it is a permissive or neglected space. You can come and go as you please, and that's not a problem. Of course, it's important to note that it's a property under construction, so some areas are still in the rough. There are also insects, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, it's not that close to the center if you plan to walk, although if you go by car, that makes things a lot easier.

It was for a family stay and everything was super comfortable! Excellent service from the hostesses and the place is super spacious and beautiful! The place is highly recommended to be comfortable with the family living together.

We were a family of 16 adults and children, we had a great time, the garden space is amazing to rest and eat as a family, the children enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Definitely a great choice to rest and disconnect.

Wonderful location and easy walk to public transportation. Rooftop patio is a great location to sit and view the city in the evening. Lots of room for our entire family of 5. Will definitely stay there again if back in CDMX. Thanks Sergio ☺️

The place is quite spacious to go with your children, as well as the facilities to cook, the beds are comfortable and the place is quite quiet. The pool does not have a heater, but with the heat it balances out quite a bit.

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

The house is exactly what you see in the photographs, super clean, with security, Julio gave us exact indications of how to get there, the stay was quite pleasant for our purpose that we were for a family event we were not able to take much advantage of the pool but the fractionation is very well cared for.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

I had a great experience staying at Adrian’s. His place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Expect good times and with some stunning views of the ruins. In fact, know that you are staying on ruins that are part of this ancient metropolis.
