A beautiful antique house in the hearth of Santa Monica neighborhood of Malinalco. The house is located one block of the major attraction here: The Archeological Zone and Dr. Luis Mario Schneider Museum. A few steps to downtown: restaurants, coffee shops and the market. The pool is 1.50m deep safety for the kids and family. Extra cost for the pool boiler. You pay the cost of the consumption checking the gas meter. Aproximately 1600 pesos every day ( Average in the coldest season).

The stay at the house was very pleasant and enjoyable, the photos match completely and the place is very nice. The people in charge of the house are very attentive and cordial. Upon arrival, the house was clean and tidy, there were all the cooking utensils, plus the internet is fast and the TV too. The pool towels were clean as were the sheets on all the beds. The house is very large and the garden is very nice, it gives you unique tranquility. The only thing was that in the main bathroom there was a small water leak and it pooled on the floor.

Excellent destination to get away from the routine, rest with family and spend a few days quiet. Thanks to Ceci and Mr. Manuel who were attentive to our needs. I would only suggest maintenance in the pool and a solar heater would be excellent as the water was somewhat cold. But we spent a few nice days of rest.

!! Excellent attention☺️, Raúl is a good host. He was attentive to us at all times, the accommodation is very comfortable, clean, nice, independent. If you want to be in a very family atmosphere this is the perfect place. The pool is very clean, very rich heated! Our kids really enjoyed it!!! We recommend it 100%, great location if you want to go downtown Malinalco, I will definitely return to the place🙏! Thank you Raúl!!
