The view was absolutely amazing. Love hearing the constant noise of the waves and appreciate our ability to enjoy the personal pool. The housekeeping team was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The internet and Prime TV worked very well. MIsha's team also provide snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. Overall, it's truly a great place to relax and stay away from the usual hustle bustle of tourist areas like Kuta and Seminyak. Slight drawback, the place a bit difficult to find at the beginning. The Google map brought us to a different entrance (only about few houses down) - but Eka was very responsive and immediately sent someone to help pick us up. Also, it has slightly unfinished construction, but it didn't impact the overall view and no noise either, so it did not bother us at all.

A very intelligently designed space with lovely staff. Location is quite good and the three bedroom villa has space to unpack and work and enjoy which can be rare in Bali. We ended up extending for 3 weeks

We loved our stay at Andy's place. We arrived at an ungodly hour, but check in was still a breeze. The house was very comfortable and easy walking to everything we needed. The pool gets a special mention, the temperature was perfect. Also, Andy messaged us before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and the house keeper was a delight. I would highly recommend staying in this great value property!

We stayed at Joel’s beautiful villa and were mainly in touch with Mr. Dewa — truly the best manager in the world. Always kind, attentive and smiling, he helped us with everything we needed and made our stay even more meaningful by sharing insights about Balinese culture and the local mindset. The villa is a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing before and after exploring Bali. Joel clearly has a great vision and is constantly improving his lovely place to make it an even more ideal spot to stay in Seminyak. Special thanks as well to the maintenance staff, always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended!
