We didn't want to leave anymore. The apartment is just like in the photos, the amenities are super modern and new. The kitchen has everything you need and was very tidy and sparkling clean. Breakfast among the fruit trees overlooking the mountains was our highlight. Exceptional is the quick, personal, helpful and totally sympathetic communication with the hosts. We have never experienced this before. It was all perfect !

Stayed here for the Gran Can 70:3 Triathlon. 2 min walk to swim @ P Rico, brilliant location. Very quiet and spotless rooms. Kitchen had everything you needed. As soon as we landed we were asked to contact to let them know we were on our way and the communication was excellent the whole time. Slept like a baby in the beds! Roads closed at 06:30 for the race so get a taxi about 06:10. Would definitely stay again.

Laura’s place was very nice, maybe abit older-looking than on the pictures, but still very nice. Everything was clean. Location great, just 10min walk to beach and 1-2min to closest store. Higher floor so had a nice view, could see Tenerife’s Teide from bedroom window. Also Laura’s response time was remarkable! Would definitely stay again and would recommend 😊

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!

Likewise, we (couples 55+62) introduced ourselves to our accommodation. For people who are looking for peace and quiet an ideal place to relax. It was all perfect for us, the house, the pool, the terrace, the brick barbecue, air conditioning in the bedroom, a large TV, good stereo system and above all the favorite landlords in the world. Elena and Maximilian went out of their way to fulfill every wish. Maximilian speaks English and you can have a great conversation with him. And if you want some entertainment, you can arrive in 7 minutes by car " in the hustle and bustle. Beach, shopping, golf courses, etc. A car is definitely necessary. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to Elena and Maximilian for everything. Ksenija and Marco
