Own studio in Caesar Resort with all the hotel infrastructure. With a fully equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave, kettle and oven. With a full set of dishes and everything you need for everyday life. There is a washing machine. Bedroom with a large bed and a fold-out sofa. Within minutes' access are cafes, restaurants, swimming pools and playgrounds and a small water park for children, as well as a sauna, spa and gym. To the beach is 5-7 minutes walk. There is also a shuttle to the beach.

We had an amazing week at this gorgeous villa! It was perfect and brilliant for families. The outside area and pool was really large and the villa and rooms were perfectly clean. The host, Panayiotos was fantastic and really facilitating including making sure a cot (and playhouse!) was available. He came around on the first day with two fresh watermelons for us to enjoy and allowed us a later checkout. He also gave us loads of local restaurant and beach recommendations, which was really appreciated! We would highly recommend staying at Casa de Nicole and hope to return soon. The location was great, we walked into Protaras and to the beach most days! 10/10 stay and will definitely return :) Thank you!

Really helpful host, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant location, peaceful but close to some lovely beaches, we especially liked Serena Bay. Close to bus stop to be able to access Protaras if required. Panera also close enough to walk to or get the bus. Local shop just up the road. The villa was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Had a couple of bbqs which was a great option for nights in. Pool was private & clean. The kids loved being able to dive straight in whenever they wanted to. Very spacious and would definitely return. Thank you to Nick & Elena
