Mataffär, restaurang och tågstation finns på gångavstånd i Duveds by. Vandringsled finns runt husknuten. Ca 10 minuters promenad till skidlift, Leråliften. Lägenheten är rökfri samt inga husdjur tillåtna på grund av allergi.
