An excellent place to stay, Fabiola is an excellent host, she was always attentive to us, we got lost and she was aware of our arrival, the accommodation is very comfortable and for the cost it could not be better! We recommend it 100% ☺️

I highly recommend this place as it is clean, modern and very quiet day and night… no traffic noise… neighborhood peaceful. The WiFi was excellent. The TV was replaced & worked only on YouTube… no other service provided but I don’t have TV at home anyway. The owner was responsive to my messages. I did add to the kitchen frying pan and pot as well as buy coffee filters for the coffee maker. The soap dispensers were empty but I had my own bar soap. It was stocked with clean sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper and paper napkins. The small refrigerator was sufficient for my needs & cold enough to freeze food. The microwave and top stove worked well. There’s only one open window with a screen in the bathroom for fresh air to circulate but fans were available in the bedrooms to circulate the air. I hope to rent this Airbnb again in the future!

The house was super clean and it was only 10 minutes from the basilica de Guadalupe. We went to the mall and aquarium there which was really nice and only 7 minute walk. Really nice place. We had an issue with the hot water but he sent someone the next day in the morning and it was fixed. It was perfect for me and my partner our baby, my brother and sister, my mom and my dad

Very good internet service and signal, the TV in the living room and the bedroom had a streaming option so we could watch series and movies. The bedroom and living room are very comfortable and clean, the kitchen is good and functional. Monica told us that we could use the condiments, coffee, sugar and water that were available. It is one of the kitchens with the greatest variety of attachments for those who cook, it was very useful for us. The bathroom was clean and functional, there was hot water. We didn't use the work area much, but it helped us that there was no noise to be able to call. The neighbors are not noisy, so we highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to rest, play board games or watch movies. Parking is under cover and safe, we had no problems entering or leaving and the neighbors were friendly. We didn't use the terrace much, but it's spacious and works for eating in the afternoon or dinner with a view of the sky. Monica was always attentive and very kind with the instructions. One of the best hosts and places.

The apartment is very nice and well located, Felipe is very friendly and responds quite quickly, it is a very good accommodation option.

I recommend the suites and villas, I will continue to take my getaways to Lofts Teotihuacan, they are ideal for a family plan, as a couple or with friends. The place, the service, the views of the balloons in the morning, walks enjoying the weather, the pyramids or simply enjoying the villas. Everything was excellent.

Erika was clear with the instructions, she was attentive to any situation, and the apartment has utensils and appliances. You don't hear noises from other neighbors, you can sleep peacefully, and you have the shopping plaza and more stores to shop.

The accommodation is excellent, it meets everything described in the publication! And it matches the photos, the host is always attentive to everything 100% recommended
