Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Taytay

we had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, stylish, and very comfortable—exactly as shown in the photos. The location was great, and everything we needed was close by. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The Place is great, very private and space is good enough for our group.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

This house is a home to guests. Ms. Jenah is super responsive. She welcomed us in our stay which I really appreciated. The towels and bed sheets are squeaky clean. They have complete utensils and appliances. Also my relatives who are from Cebu, Batangas and Pangasinan are delighted in our stay. Also the rooms have great air conditioning. Appreciate the host's quick response and clear instructions. The unit is located inside a gated subdivision so guests have privacy and security. This is my second time booking the place!

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our visit, exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee and cooking supplies . The location was close to malls, restaurants and public transport. We really enjoyed our one-night stay and actually wished we had booked for two nights. The place was clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong — all the essentials were spot on. A couple of small things that could be improved: we were only provided with one pack of bathroom tissue, which ran out quickly. It would also be helpful to have a few extra rags or cleaning cloths available for the kitchen area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Definitely worth the price! Place itself was secure, nearby shops, and they were responsive. Extended for another night and they were very accommodating. Thank you! Will definitely book again.

The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

The hosts, Shine, Jheof, Mark and Grace were all amazing. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made everything really simple for us. They were quick to answer any questions and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

The place was very spacious. Our favorite part were the bedrooms and the complete kitchenwares. We really enjoyed our stay here. Plus Sir Third was very responsive and kind! 😊

One of thr nicest places I've stayed, while in Manila. Many of the Shore/Shell units near MOA are in poor repair and lack basic utensils and appliances for "living". But, this place was well equipped. I would definitely recommend.

So happy with Julia's place. Even better than the pictures. Would highly recommend for big families or groups. Very accessible and convenient. parkjbg is just beside the unit. Julia is very responsive and considerate too. Would definitely consider the place again if needed in the future. 😊

Leaving a review even though I was not able to stay here due to technical issues in booking. The best host I have communicated with so far! He was very understanding when the booking date was incorrect - helped all throughout the process. Though unfortunately didnt went through in the end, but chatting with him made the sad situation better.

One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷
