Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Spent my 21st birthday here and it was amazing! Would love to comeback again. This place felt very home-y and appropriate for a chill celebration. The kitchen was really nice as well as the amenities. The rooms were also very comfortable, we had no problem sleepinf soundly. The houskeeper was also very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Overall, this place was a 10/10!

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The place was so nice and Sir Harry was very accomodating and very responsive to all queries. He makes sure that everything runs smoothly. Staff is also very approachable. I hope to visit again soon!

the unit it self is really nice each room have ac . nice and quiet. spacious! bed are so comfortable linen are nice clean . smells nice and soft . and towels. lots of shops around. and Robinson mall just 5 minutes walk. I love the big TV. and the view from the window the pasig river just stunning. just need Lundy room washing machine. yes I would recommend this place .and definitely would stay again.

We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. It’s a nice corner home, clean and with a caretaker available. Jocelyn, the host is wonderful. We also stayed in Vigan where I met her there, really very nice host. Hope to stay in Vigan again.
