Apartment with a beautiful view of the Schrebergaerten. Large balcony. A plus point of the available parking space for one car. The kitchen is well equipped. We were very pleased and would book here again.

"La perle rare" indeed!! A beautiful, very tastefully furnished apartment with everything a person needs (and more)! I immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and pragmatic, "spotless" so to speak and warm. You can breathe, work and sleep wonderfully here. The location is quiet but not lonely and the proximity of an industrial area with shops of all kinds is valuable. For someone like me who doesn't like to cook, it was a plus that there is a great pizzeria within a 5-minute walk, where I became a regular guest. Joachim is a very enjoyable and responsive host who cares about the well-being of his guests. I will definitely be back soon and look forward to it. Cornelia

Really great house. We comfortably spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking opportunities in the area.

Communication with the host was good. House was clean and there is everything you might need for comfort stay. We were by car and location worked for us very well.

Wonderful, spacious place. Here is everything to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very friendly and pleasant communication with Helena. My colleagues were very afraid that they would be late on the way and have to check in very late. Helena was so kind that she took photos for the men so they could find the entrance more easily and left the light on outside. You are welcomed so warmly, you immediately feel comfortable. Glad to come back!

Very nice hosts, friendly and accommodating . Great apartment with everything you need. A really nice property with great opportunities to relax or get together for grilling and chilling. The only annoyance was the coffee maker, took a very long time for the coffee to run through. We missed a thermos too. But that was really the only thing. Otherwise, we can't report anything negative. Definetly recommend.

Both rooms tastefully and practically furnished; single beds 120 cm wide - very comfortable; in the kitchen everything necessary is available, fridge even with freezer compartment. Spacious bathroom with good storage options. Apartment located on a park, quiet and with beautiful views of the countryside, a few minutes' walk to tram stop, bakeries and supermarket. Communication with Razzaq at any time and promptly, key handover directly on site and adapted to our arrival. A great stay!! Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome from Tom who showed us the apartment and explained everything. There was free water and a bottle of wine and tips for good food. We immediately felt really comfortable and spent a few very nice days in a cozy, very clean apartment with wonderful views of the Rhine and the opposite castle, which is wonderfully lit in the evening. The place was absolutely impeccable and you had everything you needed on site. For shopping, there is the supermarket or bakery around the corner. There was an extra high chair, travel cot and dishes for the toddler. Coffee maker provided the best coffee and even milk froth like in the cafe. Terrace super nice to sit and in the morning you are woken up by the chickens. We can fully recommend the apartment.

It was a super nice stay at the place. We got a great explanation in advance where we can find everything and were able to travel comfortably on and off again. Great place to stay for a weekend get to Koblenz! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The hostess was super friendly, personally welcomed us and gave us a small introduction – that made the start immediately pleasant. Communication was overall straightforward and pleasant. The apartment is exactly as described: it is clean, well equipped and offers enough space – perfect for four, but also easily doable with six people. The location is great! The train station towards the city center is within walking distance, and the elevator to the gondola lift is right around the corner. Whether you're exploring Koblenz or just looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back anytime!
