House vacation rentals in Tasmania

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! This place has absolutely every thing. Huge amount of space indoors and out. All rooms comfortable and warm. Pool area was huge hit with our group. Host was awesome as they greeted us on arrival, keep in touch throughout our stay, recommended activities to see/do, and provided a place where fantastic memories were made. We really could have not left the property just stayed there, but we did tour Hobart and surrounds. Thank you once again. We will be back!!

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

We as an extended family make this a regular family getaway. We have always had such a great time and thoroughly enjoy all the activities on offer. Some fierce 8 ball is played. Cricket and football in the huge yard. A spot of fishing nearby and swimming in the beautiful pool is always a highlight. An added bonus this year was getting a message to say we could check in early. Thank you again. The memories we get from our stay are beautiful. A trip to the Beaconsfield mine was also a highlight this year.

Kyle’s place was absolutely amazing. I stayed there with my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding, it was absolutely stunning. Perfectly designed. Very comfortable to stay in.

This is our second time staying here and I can't recommend it highly enough. Already planning our next trip! Bee accommodated our bed configuration request to the letter, the beds are all so comfortable, tastefully decorated and oh my god, the pool is divine! Help is just a call away if needed. Want to say it's bad to keep the secret, but it's too good not to share!

We had an amazing stay and it made our Easter break great! Our host was so helpful and we really appreciated his thoughtful advice. We fully recommend this place to anyone wanting a great break on Tassie’s east coast.

Great place for big groups as plenty of space to entertain. First impression was very homely as it was warm with a nice scent throughout. Walking distance from all shops and restaurants is always a bonus also! Would highly recommend and would love to come back again

Chantelle was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, both for myself and on behalf of the group. Chantelle was always quick to respond and happy to assist. Her communication was excellent, and she was flexible with our check-in times, which really helped accommodate our busy schedule. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was so well-equipped, down to all the essentials, which made staying in really enjoyable and convenient. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Tassie.☺️

We absolutely loved every bit of our stay. The house is immaculate and we felt at home immediately. We really can't fault anything about the house or the proximity to fabulous shops, cafes and downtown Hobart. Definitely 5 stars for the entire Hobart stay! Thanks Shane!!

The stay was absolutely perfect. The oceanfront view was stunning, and the scenery was even better than expected. Both the kitchen and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. You can definitely expect a beautiful home just like the photos or even better. I would absolutely stay here again

Freya was a lovely host, knocking on the front door shortly after arriving to greet us, make sure we were settled in alright & provided some suggestions on what was going on in and around Hobart. The home itself was very nice and met all the expectations the ad promises, we were super comfortable with little space heaters, heated blankets, a heated towel rack, all the kitchen and food basics provided. The view out over Hobart was so picturesque, morning and afternoon sun was in abundance and so close to good restaurants & café's. Freya has gone above and beyond and put together books with maps, menu's, brochures all marked out with her personal preferences on great dining spots, nearby areas of interest, activities and sights to see, including some history about the property. You could very well book a flight to Hobart and stay here with no prior plan or research, and still put together an adventure filled trip. I would highly recommend staying with Freya!

Deborah is an amazing host; communication was swift, helpful and kind! The house is clean, modern, functional and fun. The views are stunning and the beach access was fun for both younger guests and the adults, oh and our four legged friend. To be honest, I've never stayed in an airbnb that was so well equipped as this one. There were enough pots and pans, cutlery, utensils, cleaning products, toastie machine, condiments, cereals... the list was endless. It was amazing!! We had a wonderful stay. The tranquility was joyful. We will be back again. Thank you so much Deb!!

A lovely house with only a few cleanliness issues due to the cleaners not cleaning the place well prior to Easter. Well resolved with the hosts and very proactive and responsive so no major issue.

We had the best time at this beautiful home. Shan was super helpful and accomodating. The location was 10/10 right on the water and the views from the top bedrooms spectacular. We couldn’t fault our stay here, we will definitely be back one day!

Probably the best airbnb we stayed in. The house is amazing and had absolutely everything you may need for you stay. Geilstone bay is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful walking paths nearby.

Really good house to stay at Blackman's Bay. Clean, modern and comfortable building with any conveniences in walking distance

Andrea is an excellent host and the accommodation was top-notch. Dogs were allowed and well-catered for, which was a deal-breaker for my father and his constant companion! Everything we needed was there, and it was lovely to relax in the sunny living room with a view of the river.

We had a fantastic stay! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the interior decor was exceptional—thoughtfully styled with hemp accents, quality bathroom provisions, and lovely breakfast additions. The garden is beautifully landscaped, offering stunning views and a peaceful setting. We especially appreciated the little touches like the local gin and hemp skin products. Just a short walk or drive to Hotel Bruny—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s cozy and charming beach house! It was the perfect spot to unwind—relaxing by the fire and enjoying peaceful walks to and along the beach. The home was just as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Joe was a fantastic host with prompt and proactive communication. Highly recommend!

Sharon and Andrew’s house was wonderful. It was like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and all the little bit of extra things they provided made it even better. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for a hens weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for our group to hang out together, whether we were enjoying a glass of wine on the deck or getting ready for a night out. The beds were super comfortable. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this place for a girls’ weekend or any group celebration
