Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . No smoking within the property please. The unit is ideal for short stay visitors who are happy to dine out. Air fryer, Electric fry pan, Microwave, electric jug, cutlery, plates etc. Tea, Coffee, Milk, Juice and Breakfast cereal provided. Dining table but no washing machine. Compact, Self contained, clean, quiet, comfortable and 10 mins walk to City Centre. Surrounded by trees but still has a unique uninterrupted view of the Port and City.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

House is situated on Britannia Heights overlooking Tasman Bay with beautiful sea views and an outdoor swimming pool. Our guest space is on the ground floor of our house which offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a large lounge and kitchenette. 20 minute walk into town. 5 minute walk to the ocean. There is Netflix and Sky TV available in the lounge and a BBQ for your use.

The suite is located in a quiet, sunny, beautiful area surrounded by nature including native birds and native fauna. The bedroom is spacious and there is a free car park on the property. We are located near central Nelson, with a 25 minute walk to town or a 5 minute drive. Tāhunanui beach is a short 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk through a nature reserve.
