Not only was Mariana a phenomenal host, her home and surrounding area was exceptionally beautiful with the most amazing views. It was peaceful and private. We would be lucky to have the chance to stay at Mariana’s and would choose it again and again! The pool was an absolute hit for the kids and adults! Mariana was attentive and went above and beyond! Wow! That was the overwhelming feeling our group had about our time at Mountaintop Mansion. It is an outstanding property that is far exceeding our expectations. It's not often that you say "This place is way more impressive than it looked in the photos." The view was spectacular, the layout of the home and the amenities were perfect, and the overall experience amazing. To top it off, the host, John, and concierge Fabian were super responsive and focused on making our stay amazing. It's a bit of a climb up the mountainside to get to the home, but it's absolutely worth it. I can only echo what the other reviews of said: this home in incredible, and I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The location is pretty great. There were a few things that I didn’t like about this place (the driveway/parking is super tough— we made it out without a scratch, but it was tough), but in the end it would be hard to beat the location, so 5 stars it is! The beach behind the house is amazing. Our kids said it was their favorite beach of their lives. Nobody around, and for use there was no swamp that other people complained about, just 2-3 inches of clean water running in a stream. Other pros include 2 different outdoor showers, great cleaning during the day, felt safe, only about a 15 minute walk to Manuel Antonio National Park. One con would be how overpriced all the restaurants are in the area— we ate at several different places and all were expensive and not great food (we had way better food for way less money in La Fortuna area). Overall, for the beach, I would stay here again. Thanks!

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed away from home, and I travel a lot. The backyard of this house is the national park. This place was everything and more. We saw monkeys every day, multiple times a day. The monkeys passed right through the back yard and sat there to play and hang out in perfect view for 2-3 hours. Chipuken monkeys, squirrel monkeys, howler momeys, scarlet macaws, tucans, etc. We saw it ALL! The dip pool is awesome and you even have an ocean view! Definitely worth the booking. Sam and Raquel were absolutely amazing host and will take care of all your needs while you are there and will tell you all about the things to do and see. Highly recommend!!

Best hosts we have ever had. Very responsive to any issue that came up also had these wonderful decorations that my wife loved and we couldn’t find they went above and beyond and called around to find us the only place that carried them! It is secluded very well maintained and the view is spectacular! Located 30 minute drive from Manuel Antonio and Uvita only 15 minutes from Dominical. It is up in the mountains so rent a 4X4. Wild Rider rentals is cheaper and amazing way better than other rental companies in CR as a pro tip. Thank you so much we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in Manuel Antonio! Fer was a great host with excellent communication from start to finish. The welcome book was super helpful and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area. We especially appreciated Fer's help in arranging an amazing tour and transportation making everything so easy. The location was so relaxing and we enjoyed watching the neighborhood wildlife. The patio was the perfect spot to relax and play games during the afternoon showers. Each bedroom was private and spacious, perfect for our family group. We highly recommend!

Magical treehouse in the jungle of Quepos, not a far drive Manuel Antonio Park. Woke up to monkeys on the porch. 10/10 experience and would be thrilled to stay again even better in person!

Honestly this place is more incredible in person than the photos, which is hard to believe! If you book this place, just know that there’s a steep incline getting to the house so make sure you rent an appropriate vehicle for that. There aren’t places that are walkable nearby in my opinion, but that’s the price you pay for an amazing view and this type of house. Vanessa was awesome- make sure to use the private chef service and the beach service! Both were awesome. We also highly recommend eating at Ronny’s for lunch

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we didn't know what to expect. It's hard to get a full scope of a place with just photographs. From the moment we walked in the door, I knew we picked the right place. Someone else mentioned that the photos don't do this place justice, and they were spot on. It's airy yet cozy, tranquil but enough space to spread out and have a good time. The location was far enough away from Quepos to give it a country feel but still be able to quickly pick something up for dinner. My only criticism is that the kitchen was not as equipped as I like (we had to get creative with the can opener and the knives were pretty dull) but we managed. I highly recommend Villa Vanilla- it's a biodynamic organic farm 10 minutes away if you are interested in spices or chocolate, they also have ice cream and spice tours. The Magic Bus was our favorite food spot near Manuel Antonio. Rancho Tipico don Juan horseback riding tour was THE Highlight of our trip.

We really appreciated our stay at this Airbnb. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and everytime we had a question or needed help from the hosts, Andres and Jerome were responding very quickly. The site is beautiful with birds and flowers all around. The house itself has a large windows at the back, from where we can appreciate the beauty of the jungle directly in the backyard. We loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I was traveling with my dog and Odalis' place was perfect! Very safe and perfect for families with pets as the entire property is enclosed. In general we really enjoyed the house, it fulfills its promise and we would definitely come back another time! Odalis is always attentive in case you have questions and we found this very helpful! A really nice and well-furnished cabin, Doug was really attentive to communication and resolving any concerns. The place is quiet, private and has an amazing view. Keep in mind that the internet in the area fails a lot if it is a requirement. Recommended for a time in the mountains in a cabin with all the comforts to be with the family. Definitely a place to come back.

A very comfortable, private and cozy place in a beautiful area with peaceful surroundings of nature, flowers and birds. My wife and I really enjoyed the fireplace and the porch was great for just sitting and relaxing. Also they have a nice Vivero with a large assortment of plants and the coffee is great. The hosts were very nice and responsive. Plan to return in the future to explore more of the area.
