Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tarrazu

My friends and I celebrated my birthday here- it was the perfect place! Stunning property: just as beautiful as the photos, very clean with daily housekeeping, GORGEOUS view, and very peaceful. Fabian was our concierge and I cannot sing enough of his high praises! He was incredibly helpful from setting up transportation, giving restaurant suggestions, to even making reservations on our behalf. He responded to my texts within minutes- talk about one call away. I would suggest this property and their team a million times over. To say “I loved my stay” is an understatement!

A great house, it had much more than we expected, my 12-year-old son says it's the best we've been to, Uber Eats available and fast, the best thing is that it's in SJ and as other reviews say the heated pool is a 100

I absolutely loved staying at John’s place! I cannot recommend it enough! The entire space was extremely clean and comfortable. I got amazing sleep because of how comfortable the beds and sheets (no joke!) were. We loved utilizing the pool and hot tub! John really thought of everything for this space! There are so many thoughtful amenities. It’s conveniently located and isn’t too far from the marina (excellent fishing), amazing restaurants, fun excursions, and supermarkets! I went to the supermarket several times and they had a great selection! We did river rafting and went to Antonio Manuel National Park (close by). There are some beautiful beaches in the area too. John was extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This was my 21st country to visit and I’ve been to over 30 of the US states. I can confidently say this has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I am a travel agent as well and would not hesitate sending my clients here! Highly recommended!!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

The place is a real paradise on earth! We appreciated the amenities, the products made available, the special attention for our baby, the welcome note, the flexibility for arrival as well as departure! Excellent place, very strategic location, very private and comfortable for a stay near Cartago. Great communication with the host from start to finish. A very cozy place to spend time as a family or as a couple.

This home and family are above and beyond! The details are so thoughtful and it is incredibly kid friendly. It’s exactly as the pictures look and even more beautiful in real life. You have to see it to believe it. The local food is amazing and the hosts know all the best spots! The grounds, pool and house are so beautifully maintained.

The place is very nice, with nearby stores and nice beaches. The hosts were very responsive, very welcoming and always responded to our needs. Highly recommended for staying in Quepos.

Cindy’s condo is the perfect retreat for a family, or for a group. It is incredibly spacious, with more room than the pictures can show. The view of San Jose was gorgeous day and night. The pool was public to the condo, and was heated. The drive Into San Jose was a touch longer than expected, but that was no biggie due to all of the other amenities. Lots of balcony space, on multiple levels have great indoor/outdoor experiences. Definitely would stay again.

We were greeted by David and Penelope upon arrival with a warm welcome. We stayed on the ground level in the 2 bedroom suite with our own kitchenette however we received two wonderful meals per day with request. Our hosts were wonderful, informative, and accommodating arranging for a monkey tour through the Mangroves by boat and informed us of the tortuga release just down the beach from where we were staying so we could take the easy 5 minute walk to watch the release. Oh, speaking of the beach, it was amazing to have such an amazing expanse to walk wash day. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to stay with David and Penelope. Looking forward to our next stay with them.

Great place to be close to all restaurants,clinics. Everything you need , very close the host very kind and communicative great place if you want to be close to everything, safe and comfortable, the apartment is very complete and warm as being in your own home. I hope to return soon

Remote location with beautiful views, perfect for getting away from the city. Surrounded by nature and cold weather. The hosts are available for any need. It is easy to get to by car and it is better to go to nearby supermarkets.

We stopped here for one night after landing in San Jose on our way to the next location. The driveway was a little intimidating (we did it in the dark) but doable. María was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in, and the space was clean and comfortable. The views were incredible, overlooking the city was a pretty surreal welcome to Costa Rica!

Beautiful home. Great amenities. we loved how peaceful and connected to wildlife and nature. We had a mama humming bird with her nest right outside our window. Lots of birds and other wildlife.

I liked it, the only thing that felt a little weird was the jacuzzi, because of the water. Everything else was great.

Bernd Y Irmgard were wonderful hosts; very accomodating and easy to talk to. The apartment was exceptional and very nice. They gave me directions to the grocery store and other locations. Their hosting was outstanding and would definitely stay with them again. They are definitely 5-star airbnb hosts!!

Simple and comfortable accommodation, in a very natural environment, everything is planned so that we can relax in peace. Nice view. Cool nights but plenty of blankets :)

Has a fantastic view!

Our stay at La Casona de los Santos was better than we imagined. The photos really don't do justice to the beautiful and cozy place we found. There were 8 of us and a puppy, and we were all comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the spaces to share were very comfortable, the bathrooms had enough towels and the rooms were clean and with extra blankets for the cold. Getting there was easy because there are signs along the way that lead to the cabin, and Paula, the host, contacted us beforehand and was always available. We used the fireplace, the hammock outside was super relaxing, and in the patio we even found lots of blackberries. At night we were accompanied by fireflies that gave us a beautiful surprise. It was a great stay and we hope to be back soon!

Peaceful place private as well vey happy with it

The cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to get away from the noise of the city, you can only hear birds singing. The trail is a plus to enjoy nature right next to the house.

Beautiful accommodation, right on the outskirts of the city and still in the countryside. Everything is within easy reach. Very good coffee/restaurant recommendations. Outdoor terrace is good for eating. There was nothing to accommodate his wardrobe. The last about 30 meters to the property are only possible with 4 × 4.

The place is beautiful, full of peace and amazing views. Erick was very attentive, respectful, and helpful. We had issues with the vehicle along the way and he was very helpful, working with us beyond what was his responsibility. Thank you very much for everything
