The accommodation is cute and very convenient with a covered parking space and elevator outside the door. the balcony is very large and well appointed it is really very pleasant. Philippe is really very responsive and available.

We had a great time at Romain and Sibylle's house. The apartment was very well located on Biarritz in a beautiful neighborhood, positioned two minutes from a pretty gazebo and the ocean. It has everything you need in the neighborhood for a pleasant stay. Thanks to both of you for a lovely holiday

I thought the apartment was well located in the city center. There were plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach was very close on foot. I'd like to stay there again.

Michèle is a lovely, helpful and very responsive host. The listing matched the descriptions and the reviews are accurate to the on-site experience. We enjoyed the accommodation in winter (Christmas parties), which is not necessarily the primary use of the accommodation:-) Michèle was responsive to provide us with additional heating. Definitely summer, the sun lounges in the lounge! So we did not use the terrace which is large and must be pleasant in summer. We had access to all the essentials to enjoy a few days on site! The set is functional and meets expectations. There is ample parking nearby where it's easy to park. The docks are a few minutes away to take a stroll or even run.

The place was very nice. The view and the balcony was great. The kitchen had everything you need. I felt very comfortable.

Weekend with a group of friends at Evelyne's house. The house is large and very comfortable, the perfect location to relax and visit the surrounding villages. Evelyne is very friendly and nice. A winner!

This house is brand new and made with great taste. It's really a pleasure to spend a few days in this place. We loved our stay, the host Ainara is very attentive... thank you for hosting us.

Beautifully decorated house, very good bedding, pleasant backyard. Bikes and paddle boards are a real plus! Beach 5 min by bike Benjamin was very responsive and gave good advice I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Alisée's apartment with our friends, there were six of us and the apartment is very well arranged with wide open spaces. We were hosted very well by Alisée, the apartment is very well located both in the city center of Biarritz and at the beach level. In short, a very nice weekend.

Listing is as described and photos. We had an extended weekend with 4 friends in this beautiful apartment. It is not very large but extremely functional and well arranged. We all loved the decor! The apartment is very well equipped whether in terms of cooking (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, herbal tea) or in terms of leisure (books, board games). The terrace is very nice and allows us to have a beautiful sunset view. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is everything nearby (city center, lake, beach, restaurant, bar). Julie's instructions are clear and very available. You can do it without a second thought.
