The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

Great choice of stay for long and short term, especially for couples, family and single ladies. Yashodhara and Pavi go out of the way to make you feel special. It felt like walking into your family home. And not to mention the amount of love they showered on our pets. It was trying to incredible to see the extend they went to keep us happy and make our stay truly memorable. So give it a whirl!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Raghav’s property! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a great area. Raghav was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, and he even allowed us an early check-in which made our arrival in Goa smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended, and would definitely love to stay again!

Had an amazing stay at Villa Escapade in Goa! Everything went smoothly thanks to Mr. Robin, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process easy. The villa was beautiful, and the caretakers cooked delicious food and took great care of us. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa!

We spent 4 nights and it was one of the best houses we stayed. Jerry had some food to receive us, it was a nice and important thing to do. The place was also very clean and organised. Everything we needed was there. Jerry is also very friendly took us to some places and show us around. If you don’t want this kind of relationship it is also possible, some days we wanted our privacy. He also helped us by booking a taxi and a scooter. The location is also good, 10 min away from the beach by scooter. You should choose the ozran beach. After all one of the best place!

A private house with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and lots of space to walk in and around the house. Gives you a typical, peaceful Goan vibe that is uncluttered and kept at its natural best. Lots of free space to sit around and experience the best of nature around you. The home comes with RO water purifier, refrigerator, AC in both the rooms, a lovely guitar, comfortable beds, gas with cylinder, essential utensils, rare novels and books to read, good Wifi connection and hot shower with instant geyser. So, all in all a good experience. It's about 80 metres from Anjuna beach/Curlies. Recommended if you're looking for a private, quiet stay in an authentic Goan/Portugese style house by the beach!
