It's a very nice apartment, big enough for 5, and very clean. The balcony is large and overlooks the pool. The residence is quiet with parking just in front of the accommodation and a security service to enter the complex. An elevator in case you have big suitcases. Fadoua the owner is very nice. She welcomed us like we were family. She lives right next door and responded to all of our requests immediately. She is discreet while still being efficient. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done, thanks again for a great stay.

We are a family of 6 of which 1 baby, and had a great stay with Lamyae and Noureddine. Everything was as described and matched the pictures. The communication was really superr and also they were very involved and respond very quickly. Definitely recommended if you want to visit this area. We would like to say thank you to dear Lamyae and Noureddine for their hospitality and good care.

Had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, located in a lovely area with all shops and amenities close by. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!

This was our second unit we booked with Wail and by far the best! We enjoyed pristine views of the water, close to all shopping and restaurants, and never spent a dime on taxis due to the perfect location near the Marina shops. Our tax driver had a hard time finding the exact address so best to give them the street address and then say you’re located next to Ibn Batouta Mall once you get your taxi! Amazing stay overall, great value and we will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mrs. Safaa's As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and attention. Mrs. Safaa was extremely responsive either before or during our stay, and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to make our stay go smoothly. The place is just perfect: tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal, located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. This lovely and unique cottage was perfect for the two of us for a week in November. We were able to sit around the pool at times and really enjoyed the outside seating area which overlooked the courtyard with trees and birdlife. 🥰enormous wide double bed..We loved Bologna Beach, beautiful sand with dunes at the end, and just a handful of people around. The kite surfing along this coastline at other beaches was spectacular, we have never seen anything like it. An enormous thank you to Frank the owner who assisted me in getting my phone back when I lost it inTarifa. We flew LHR/Gibraltar airport with BA and this meant we had to cross the border into Spain to collect our car hire which was straightforward, but a bit unusual for us. We stopped at Mercadona supermarket en route, as we were not within walking distance of any restaurants, and stocked up with food incl. eggs, bacon, tortillas, salad, bulgar and dips, and this all came in very handy indeed for very relaxing evening meals

I would like to thanks marwa about her greeting’s since day one and she will make sure that everything is perfect during your stay. Her apartment simply a pearl in the sea, i can say that is super clean and decorated even more than a five stars hotel rooms or suites. As im a frequent traveller around the world i could say that is the best place i have stayed. Thank you marwa for your great hospitality and scuba diving recommendation. We spent 5 nights at El Sama' and it was a very nice discovery. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the renovation was done with great taste. It is ideally located for exploring the medina. The terrace, which overlooks the city, is a marvel. Ibrahim was available throughout our stay. As for Raphaël, he was very proactive before and during our stay: a big thank you to him for his advice and attention. El Sama' is the perfect house to discover the beautiful city of Chefchaouen.

Everything is perfect. The house is as shown in the photos. We were unlucky to have a storm for several days and Mariluz recommended areas and places as an alternative, in addition to always making sure we were okay. I recommend it 100%.

We had a pleasant time getting acquainted with this part of Morocco, and Soal, her husband and his family, were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We only speak English, and she was available every time we needed her, especially when we had a minor car accident right in front of the driveway! The house is huge and was accurately described in the posting. (Not always the case, we are discovering!) They seemed like family from the start, and I know we will be back there someday!

The location where the accommodation is situated is perfect, it's closer to Mekkad while also being surrounded by stores and restaurants, the apartment was cozy and everything was squeaky clean! one thing I also loved is the communication of the host. I recommend!
