Great location, and very easy to check in and come and go. The security guards were very friendly. Space was as pictured, and Maria helpfully stocked a few food items for me, which I really appreciated. There is some local noise, to be expected given the central location, but not too bad. The WiFi was great, which is important to me as I work remotely. The apartment had all the comforts I needed. Would recommend this apartment to others!

We enjoyed our time in Quito, the AirBnB was exactly as pictured and was gret for exploring the historical center of Quito.

Wantara Suites is a beautiful property that offers a lot of travel support and amenities to their guests. The property is gorgeous, and the hosts are outstanding. We were so comfortable both in our private space and in the shared garden. It truly felt magical. The neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges and noisy during the night. We were there over a holiday weekend, so there could have been extra noise due to local celebrations. I wish I would have thought of using my phone as a white noise machine during our stay. I think that would have helped. I would not plan to walk the streets outside the property. Especially at night. We even had a little trouble finding Uber drivers willing to take us back after 5:00 pm. The host are happy to help arrange transportation if you need it. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Quito is a great city, and this property was an excellent base for all of our local activities.

An excellent place to enjoy as a family

My close friend and I stayed at Federico’s place during our week in Quito. We were blown away by the beautiful views and the aesthetics of the home. Federico answered all messages promptly and checked in to make sure we were settling in. The home is very close to the historic center of Quito, which provided us with plenty of sites to visit and restaurants to try. The location, like all of Quito, is on top of a hill. I would not recommend if stairs are difficult for you.

This is a really nice place to stay. It's clean, safe and well taken care of and it has a beautiful view from the roof terrace and the kitchen window. There is also a good internet connection, and I really appreciated having a washing machine there that I could use. It's a great place for longer stays. And Mirla and her family are really lovely people, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions!
