This accommodation is a typical Kyomachi-style house (detached, 2 stories), and the interior has been fully renovated and is fully equipped with the latest appliances and equipment. We want our guests to stay locally, not just as tourists, but as locals. It is a very convenient location for access to major tourist spots and Kyoto Central Station. This area is called Shimawara, one of the six former flower districts, and is the oldest of them, so you can see old traditional Japanese-style architecture within walking distance. There are a Japanese-style room with horigotatsu, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet on the 1st floor. There are two Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor. You can relax here laying futons, Japanese-style mattresses and blankets, on the floor. (Futons are 210-cm long.) All rooms are clean and cozy.
