The location is above pakuwon mall so this entertainment is perfect if it's a staycation in Surabaya. But for check in and check out as exhausting as having to go inside the mall first. The water heater works well, cable tv is available, there is only 1 mattress but a folding mattress is provided in the closet. Can make water hot. The size of the room is not too spacious but enough for those with small children. View is great at night time.

Ended up extending my stay in this unit. It has everything you need, from coffee to snacks, complimentary noodles and eggs, and even an onion if you feel like cooking. The unit seems pretty new; everything was clean, and there’s an external speaker for your convenience. The room is nice, and it felt like home. The only downside was the smell from the drain. Adding a drain cover would be a great addition. Also, there were a few connectivity issues since the unit is in a corner, making reception difficult, and the internet was slow—maybe this could be checked. Everything else was good. Thank you!

Dave is a very friendly and responsive host, who is quick to answer any questions or concerns. Educity is very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly, with a nice gym and pool. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was big enough to prepare meals in. There are plenty of places around the building to get a quick meal or do your laundry, and the mall nearby often has events with a variety of food for sale. Legendary Hinoya curry is a must try and staying at Dave's apartment puts you in a great location to explore the city.
