Juris’ place exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful place - we had plenty space and while Juris was not there he was incredibly helpful by phone / connecting us to people who could help us with several transport needs. His assistant was there and also super helpful.

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Gipka ist ein kleines ruhiges Dorf mit einen Einkaufladen der ein Grundsortiment im Angebot hat. Den Strand hat man für sich fast alleine zum baden und spazieren gehen. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilft einen wo sie kann. Toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

If you're looking for peace, privacy, and space, this place is perfect. Tucked away in nature, it feels completely hidden. The house is spacious and absolutely silent, just birds and the breeze. The beach nearby is wide and beautiful, and we didn’t see another soul the whole time, making it feel almost completely private. Ideal for anyone who values quiet and seclusion. We rented the entire house, as there were 9 people staying. Renting single rooms might give one less privacy. The house is located less than 100 metres from a stony but swimmable spectacular beach. All the necessary facilities are available and the stay was very pleasant, particularly in summer. Georgs was very easy to communicate with and helpful. There is a decent restaurant very nearby, so if you don't feel like cooking, this is a good choice.

Place in the center of Talsi with private parking space, which is very helpful when there is some event in city. Hosts even made rooms warmer, bevause we were with child. Very warm gesture.

Wir sind erst kurz vor Mitternacht angekommen und trotzdem haben wir alles problemlos gefunden. Raimonds hat uns die Geolocation zugeschickt und alles erklärt. Sehr gepflegte und ruhige Umgebung. Erst am frühen Morgen haben wir die ganze Schönheit der Umgebung gefunden. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Blockhütte war sehr sauber. WC und Waschbecken sind draußen etwa 40 Meter entfernt und sehr sauber. Man hat vor der Hütte eigenen Feuerlager, sowie Grillecke und sogar das Holz dafür. Man kann schön draußen am Tisch sitzen und die Mahlzeiten genießen. Man kann so viele unterschiedliche Aktivitäten unternehmen, aber leider hatten wir dieses Mal keine Zeit dafür. Nächstes Mal wenn wir wieder in Lettland unterwegs sein werden, kommen wir zu euch zurück.

Brīnišķīga vieta, kur baudīt mieru un jūras ainavu, pat pa namiņa logiem. Nemaz nerunājot par pastaigām gar piekrasti vai prom pa kāpu ceļu. Bildēs nav ne puse tās noskaņas, kas atrodoties uz vietas. Un tas attiecas gan uz pašu mājiņu, gan apkārtni. Mājiņa jauna, lieliski iekārtota - ar dizainu un gaumi, ērta un pārdomāta. Virtuve labi aprīkota. Inga pretīmnākoša un atsaucīga. Ar lielāko prieku atgriezīsimies vēl kādreiz, paldies!

This place was amazing! The view of the lake right from the bed was absolutely stunning. We loved having the BBQ setup and the convenient parking. The house is surrounded by nature and felt so peaceful and relaxing. Inside, everything we needed was there - cozy, well-equipped, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Tīrs un kārtīgs mājoklis. Jūra pavisam netālu un Kolkas rags arī (30 min. kājām, 5.min. ar auto). Netālu pārtikas veikals. Saimniece laipna un atsaucīga. Norādes viegli saprotamas.

Vēlos izteikt sirsnīgu pateicību mājokļa saimniekiem par sapratni un viesmīlību. Naktsmītne atradās skaistā, klusā dabas ieskautā vietā un bija pilnībā aprīkota visam nepieciešamajam. Īpaši novērtēju saimnieku atsaucību un laipnību. Mājoklis bija izcili sakopts, kārtīgs un mājīgs – patiešām patīkama un mierpilna vide. Esmu ļoti priecīgs, ka izvēlējos šo vietu, un noteikti iesaku to arī citiem.

A beautiful place with a perfect location! Close to the sea and so peaceful. Absolutely spotless inside! Would definitely recommend and go back!!

Just a beautiful place. The cabins were gorgeous and the grounds lovely. Easily connectable to great beaches in the area. We loved this place and the host couldn’t do enough for us from detailed directions to helping us with our kids pizza. Not all the cabins have an oven but it’s a tiny tiny flaw. We will be back.

Better than we expected. A great vacation home for a family.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Garten ein Traum mit Blick in Blumenwiesen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man hört nur die Natur.

Super Lage, viele Freizeitaktivitäten möglich, wunderschöne Naturumgebung, wir sind rundum zufrieden

Das sehr gepflegte, neuwertige, geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtete Ferienhaus für 6 bis 8 Personen befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sofort in das Haus verliebt und sehr wohl darin gefügt. Die mit Solarenergie und Wärmepumpe betriebene Fussbodenheizung verbreitet eine angenehme Wärme. Um die gesamte Anlage mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Grillplatz und Spielplatz zu nutzen, war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz. Anstatt ein Wochenende bleibt man besser gleich eine ganze Woche, wenn man einen ruhigen Rückzugsort in der Natur, im Wald und am Meer sucht. Der Strand liegt ganz in der Nähe und der nächste Ort "Kolka" mit Supermarkt und Restaurants ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr zum Wandern am Strand oder im Wal empfiehlt sich die Gegend um das "Kap Kolka". Kaspers, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell. Wir können das Anwesen sehr weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Великолепное место. Тишина и покой, большая ухоженная территория, баскетбольное, футбольное, волейбольное поле, батут, песочница, качели. Рядом карьер. Нам даже удалось увидеть много головастиков, ребенок был в восторге! Просторная сауна, в доме чисто, спалось прекрасно! Прям все что душа пожелает, рекомендую!! Были некоторые бытовые мелочи, о которых проинформировали хозяйку и надеюсь что следующим арендаторам будет еще комфортнее :)
