Loved it. The facilities were outstanding. Great area. The bedroom was in the back so less noise. I loved the lap pool.

Where do I even start? My friend and I stayed here for 9 days and we fell in love with Kent’s home. Best Airbnb ever. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is a dream. We would watch the sunset while listening to music on the Sonos almost every night. Kent is by far the most welcoming, responsive, kind, and thorough host I’ve ever met with amazing local recs. The condo is designed beautifully. I loved how much character and charm there was. It’s on a hill, but we enjoyed walking up and down for extra exercise. But when we were tired, Ubers were quick and cheap (we are talking a few dollars from the romantic zone areas). There is also so much to do close by. The street below is a little noisy, but we didn’t care at all. I’m a super light sleeper and I didn’t mind. I even played my white noise through the Sonos! The curtains are also blackout. The beds are quite soft, but it was comfortable nonetheless. We cannot wait to stay again. I could go on and on.

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Amazing stay, clean apartment and in an excellent location, there was always good communication

Breathtaking views and very comfortable! Our only issue was we couldn’t access the gym as guests staying less than a month. Other than that the property and condo were gorgeous and immaculate.

obviously I would come back, my husband and I loved the hotel. We were there for a connecting flight but we would definitely come back to spend more time at the hotel, which by the way was very clean, spacious, very nice pool and jacuzzi, very nice relaxing spaces. And the people in charge are super friendly.

What a wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Well equipped...Amazing views...it was everything like what the pictures depict. Host was very good at responding. Property manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The only issue we had was some dirty showers. There were large clumps of hair in 3 of the 4 showers. The second master shower was not draining until we found a plunger and cleared the drain line. A little gross, but nothing to get too worked up over. Just want the host to know the bathroom showers could have been a bit more clean with a little more detail to the clumps of hair before our checking in. Other than that, the condo is amazing...It had everything we needed...We felt safe and at home all week. The pool and staff were so friendly. Security was very helpful. A wonderful visit and we will be back!

One of the most beautiful airbnb's I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Would go back in a heart beat. John and team were extremely responsive and very helpful, 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

Luis had the perfect space for us. The location was very close to the beach and many great cafés and restaurants nearby! The neighbour also felt welcoming, however it can be loud at times, especially during the night. Overall, Luis was a great host and we loved his place. Would highly recommend!

Karol's place was beautiful as pictured and clean. She is very responsive. We love staying at the Nayri building, the rooftop is stunning and it is in the middle of all the attractions of the Zona Romantica in PV.

Excellent place!!! I was delighted with everything, the place is very nice, clean, the beds are super comfortable as well as the pillows, the decoration is very tasteful and the pool area is great! It was the icing on the cake, a beautiful view from there🤩. Stefano was an excellent host, always attentive and very kind. We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Margaret’s home was absolutely amazing! It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta as a family, and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and local shops. Carmen and her husband Fidel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They helped us book incredible activities and were always eager to assist with anything we needed. Carmen’s cooking was a highlight—every meal was delicious and made with so much care. The pool was a hit with the kids—they practically lived in it! We spent so much quality time together as a family by the pool, which made our trip even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

I was very happy with the apartment and this was my second stay there. I mainly communicated with Edwardo, my host. Edwardo is very warm and welcoming and responded quickly to a few housekeeping concerns I had. I will stay there again.

We loved this place. Outdoor patio with heated private pool and jacuzzi were our favorite. Kids had a blast. Views are breathtaking. Everything is very well though through, decorated and welcoming to relax and unwind. Karen was quick to reply and made our stay hassle free. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in the heart of Zona Romántica! The house was stunning, with breathtaking views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night was truly magical. The property was well-equipped and thoughtfully maintained. The on-site staff were exceptional - attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Austin and his team for being so supportive and welcoming throughout our stay. Great stay - we love the Sayan Beach condos and this unit in particular. The views from this unit are unbeatable - just high enough not to be obstructed by anything. The distance to town is also just right- not too close, not too far. Beach access is a nice plus - the beach below is largely vendor free and not crowded. The food in the building restaurant is quite good so we only ever ate breakfast there. Pickleball court was nice- we used it three times. (Evening was best for purposes of being in the shade.) Staff was all friendly (even though the front gate guy was a little pushy re tips). Washer dryer access was very convenient, as was having beach towels. Gym was clean and well equipped. We look forward to staying here again!

This is a rare find gem - private villa, close to the small but nice beach protected from ocean waves. Two stores villa with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious common area, two ACs bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. Parking space is available right at the entrance door. Nearby restaurants are either at 5 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Multiple hikes, one easy hike to the small waterfall starts right from the door. Highly recommend to rent it any time of the year.

We had a fabulous time! Albert + his condo were certainly two of the reasons why. We travel to Puerto Vallarta as often as we can and we have already booked Albert’s place again. Thank you for your hospitality and the perfect place to unwind!
