This home was ideal for us - clean, spacious and had a lovely energy. We could tell the owners prided themselves in keeping a beautiful home. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us!

We spent a weekend at Tracey's property and it was lovely. The property was in a very central location and only minutes away from everything you would need. The property was very well maintained and in a very secure location. Tracey had excellent communication throughout our stay and was very easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to beach and lots of great restaurants. Pool was fantastic and heated which suited the kids.

Had a great weekend with the family at Jenny's. Short drive or Uber to great restaurants and beaches and the amenities made it feel like a resort. highly recommended. Thanks Jenny.

I spent a great time at Shelly’s house. The house is nice and Shelly is awesome. She always helped me. When I arrived at Gold Coast, the cyclone hit there. So I had issues while going to her house. Then she gave me some good ideas and prepared meals and some water for me. She is kind, friendly and a good listener. My English is not good but she understood what I said and told me easily. That’s why I like talking with her. She seems like my mother. The house is in a good location. I can take the tram and bus easily. There are good restaurants, shopping center near the house. It’s convinient. I had a beautiful room. I slept in a big bed. The bathroom is clean. She lent me a hair dryer. I highly recommend it to you. If I use Airbnb in Gold Coast again, I will definitely stay here. I can’t thank you enough!!!!!!!

My family and I stayed at Rhonda's place. My husband and myself and also my daughter, our son in-law and our 2.5 year old granddaughter. It was a great place to stay for our family. The little backyard was ideal for our granddaughter to play. The pool at the resort was great and we enjoyed the time we swam. The accommodation was perfect and Rhonda and David were great. We had 6 nights booked, but Cyclone Alfred was on his way, so we had to leave early. David and Rhonda were very understandable about our situation of having to leave in quite a hurry as our flight was cancelled and we had to drive down to Sydney to catch a flight the next day. They had no issues with about giving us a refund for the nights not used, which we applied for and received through Air Bnb. I would highly recommend staying at Rhonda and David's place and would definitely consider returning. Regards Merryn

Very nice house in a good area close to Kirra and Coolangatta, 3mins by car to shops, restaurants and beaches. The house has everything you need and more, fully equipped kitchen, comfy queen size bed, plenty of storage space, large living room, bathroom with both a tub and shower, parking space/garage and a nice patio (including some curious iguanas who love snacking on blueberries). Handover of keys was uncomplicated on both check- in and check-out. Alice is always available via text and phone if there are questions or issues. Wifi worked well too. Fully recommended.

Vivienne was very helpful and accommodating. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. Vivienne gave some great options for exploring the area which I loved! The location was so perfect for what I needed. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for a weekend and everything is as per description. Yes, instructions and description a bit wordy but it's clear if you read it all. So expectations are right from the start. The space it self was very roomy for us, 2 adults, baby, cavoodle. The location was very convenient and everything within walking distance, great restaurants and spots to hang out. We would stay again.

Tanara's place was modern and very clean, she was also exceptionally helpful. We cannot highly recommend her place enough, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending anyone booking the unit, it was spacious, clean, modern, great location and a also great host. We spent 15 days, no issues at all. We will book again for our next holiday...Greetings from PNG.

Great place and lots of room. Well organised with everything you need. Close to some lovely cafes, supermarket and restaurants - especially recommend visiting the Black Drop for a morning coffee

We had such a great stay! The location is amazing, really friendly neighbourhood, and so nice to have a secure yard for our dog. Our only issue was that only 1 of the bedrooms (the master) is air conditioned; from the ad we expected all of them to be.

This was our second stay at Little Birdie and we will stay again. The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious and well equipped.

We stayed at Alicia and James property the rainbow shack for 5 nights with our family of 7. We have adult and teenage, kids as well as a 12 year old. We were fully catered for with flexible sleeping arrangements, and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you can think of, however the amazing local cafes and restaurants were very hard to pass up! The hosts have truly thought of everything to make their guests stay as great as possible. There were beach towels, surfboards and boogie boards and even bikes. The car park was safe and easy to access. But the best thing about our experience was by far the LOCATION! Absolute 5 star spot. So much to see and do. Easy walk across the road to beach/ surf club/ cafes with great coffee We even saw whales on our daily walk. We will definitely be back to the rainbow shack ♥️

A great place to stay, very peaceful. Rob and his wife Saori is very helpful. They provided plenty toiletries for each room. We have a pleasant stay. If next time come to Gold Coast, will book again.

Our family loved the stay at Al's place. Had everything we wanted for a family of 4 including our own space (3 large bedrooms), air con (thank goodness!l) and fans, excellent kitchen for cooking with all the appliances, big tv and the location was perfect for us for golf and theme parks. Kids absolutely loved the pool, plus we made use of the gym & sauna. Walkable to shops, golf, cafes and bars. Al responded quickly to all messages and info provided was excellent. What more could you want?! Honestly, was excellent for us and would stay again when we come back. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia’s place. It was new, tidy, quiet, very comfortable and great location if you are planning to do the themed parks. I left my charger behind and Cynthia was great communicating and happy to post it back to me. I highly recommend staying there!

Leah's prompt responses made the the entire experience seamless. The Easter eggs left for our family was a lovely gesture. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here again. Our family had a wonderfully relaxing weekend at Dianne’s apartment which was well appointed with lovely furnishings. It is situated in a fantastic area where you can walk to beaches and great shops and dining places. Dianne communicated very well with us and we so appreciated her agreeing to give us a later check out. To top it all off our dog had a fantastic time! I highly recommend staying at Dianne’s apartment.

Mark's place as pristine and in excellent condition. Convenient location close to the beach and walking paths. Photos matched the experience on the site which is always a plus!

Amy’s place was exactly what our family needed for a quick getaway! The house was spotless and well thought out with endless activities to keep the kids entertained! Positioned in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to everything we needed! A short walk to the creek for a fish or into town for a bite to eat. Amy is a very responsive host and gave lots of detailed and tailored suggestions. Would definitely recommend! Even thinking we may have to book her place for a yearly weekend away!
