Beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need on a vacation. At first I thought it was hard to find parking, but it was absolutely no problem. Washer and dryer are an extra bonus. Really more than perfect and comfortable for two people.

Beautifully and creatively decorated apartment, very generously sized, with brand new appliances. Extremely clean. High quality items. Huge roof terrace - the pictures don’t do it justice. You are in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!

Our experience, like other reviews, was great. We highlight the communication with Bea, who was always very good with immediate answers and solutions to everything. For the parking there is no need to worry, as we always park for free in the area. If I return to Gran Canaria I will certainly stay here again.

We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the linens to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in terms of furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

The apartment is as in the pictures and described, clean, beautifully bright and in a great location- right on the beach, more sea view is not possible! :) and located on the beach promenade. This makes shops and restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. Galia is a very good host- she responds quickly, gives excursion tips and welcomes her guests in person. Clear recommendation!

100% recommended, the area was very quiet , ideal to come and relax and enjoy the island , all very well connected and communicative, the pool and incredible terrace, more than the rooms the kitchen etc… we will repeat for sure !!

We had a lovely stay. This area is not touristy, mainly Spanish residents in restaurants, which are lovely. Very close to apartment and very reasonably priced. Very clean area. Easy to get around the island with local taxis and buses. Our host was very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble.

Luis’s place was as it appeared in the listing - clean and well decorated, and suitable for four people. There is plenty of parking and a well-stocked Spar supermarket nearby and the view is lovely. A couple of minor points are that the immediate area is very quiet (although we came in April, so, off season) and the WiFi/Netflix is quite spotty. Otherwise we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

We didn't meet Eloina, but communication was efficient. Nice apartment, and wonderful view over the bay. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was really very nice and exactly as described. The kitchen was really well equipped and all utensils of very good quality. Our highlight was the large roof terrace, as well as the elevator that led directly into the living room. Ignazio was an extremely good host who responded quickly and was very helpful. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

If you prefer peaceful atmosphere of a mountain village over crowded, noisy resort - this is a place for you. The apartament is spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The terrace is huge, you can have a complete 360 view of the surrounding valley (also from within the jacuzzi). There's amazing GR-139 trail nearby, plus numerous unmarked paths. Incredinble Los Azulejos is not far, as well as the (practically empty) Veneguera beach. If you're ready some crowds, then Puerto Mogan has a few very good restaurants, plus you can rent a bike (my only 2 reasons to go there) or boat (if you're into diving/snorkeling for instance). Generally it's the best place to explore southern Gran Canaria. Pamela is a great host and will make sure your stay is fully pleasant!

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

This is the third time I've been to this apartment, and if I can, I'll be back without hesitation. The apartment is just as shown in the photos, with all the amenities and is in a very quiet place. Sofia is a spectacular host, always making sure everything is okay and giving recommendations about the place. Everything is perfect once again.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps from the beach, so we could spontaneously go to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also excellent – from high chair to baby bed, everything was available and already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and easily. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.
