New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

cozy cottage by an incredibly cozy place. charming and quiet. there was what you needed in the cabin, the easy thing for a weekend. likes that there were very different seats outdoors scattered from each other and also close to the cabin. the sunset was very nice across the field.

We had 2 very nice days. Louise is a very nice host, despite our last-minute booking she responded quickly and we could find the route and everything in the house well thanks to her clear description. The cabin is equipped with everything you need, with the new bathroom 1min walk away the cabin is complete. The views over the garden & lake, sauna and swimming jetty are fantastic, we will definitely miss them. We'd love to come back!

Gunnar and his wife are super nice hosts. They are really friendly and supportive. They gave me a lot of recommendations what I could do - all worth it. The (tiny) house, the terrace and the garden are beautiful! It´s an absolutely great place to stay. I hope I can come back one day! Anke
