Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

My family had a nice time when we stayed at Winnie’s place for four days and three nights. The place is as advertised. It is very close to all the spots in the Tagaytay area. The caretakers, Norman and Neri, were superb. We forgot something on check out and they were kind enough to still answer and check it out for us. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The videoke, pool, and roofdeck are great features of the place. Views are great too! I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family visiting Tagaytay!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place for you. The place is even better in person. We all love the design of the place, especially the kitchen and living area. The dining table is perfect for the space and it is a nice area to hangout while cooking. We love how big the sliding doors are, it lets the cool breeze inside. It is relaxing to sit on their couch while looking at the beautiful view of nature especially during sunrise. The pool has a warm water though not heated, but maybe due to the hot weather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The host and the caretaker are both very responsive.

Booked this place twice since we're attending a wedding in Tagaytay. We're a group of 8 and it's a very nice place for a big group like us. - Very convenient for large groups since they have 3 toilets which makes it easier to get ready - Heater works fine - Located in a secured & quiet village - 3 min drive to Picnic Grove, 6 min drive to Alta D' - There's a 7/11 nearby, around 3 mins drive - Guard on duty would guide you going to the unit and would also assist where we can park since it was a 1-slot garage unit

It was a nice place to stay for short rest and bath. The owner was very understanding since we did not consume all the hours staying the property and able to add number of guest. We might stay to this place again but it might no longer for business but for leisure.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! It’s a home away from home. Very accessible to our favorite restaurants. The owner and in charge were very friendly and very responsive. We couldn’t ask for more! It was a place for rest, joy and serenity. Kids enjoyed because they have a wide space to run upon waking up in the morning. Surely we will comeback😘❤️

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.
