Vacation rentals with beach access in Ta' Xbiex

Had a great stay at the apartment, it was clean, and had great views of Spinola Bay!

We arrived at 1am. We were very grateful Justin was online ready to help with every step from booking a Bolt car to making sure we got in ok. We loved our stay in this quiet street. It is very walkable distance from the ferry station. Would stay again.

We were travelling with two teens and two seniors, and therefore had diverse spectrum of needs. Claudiu, Denise and Grace’s house was everything that was promised and more. A very well designed space that served all our needs just right - plenty of cupboard space to ensure that our luggage was unpacked and sorted for the week at Malta, great ventilation that allowed us ceiling fan country people to sleep comfortably even without them, a very well stocked kitchen that let us brew the tea just like we like it and enjoy the delivered meals together. The view from the balcony is amazing - my father would sit here every morning and to have the first pot of tea. The hosts also were very prompt, always a message away, and gave us some great recommendations of eating places. Sunkissed Malta left us charmed and the trip was made better by the warm house that we came back to every day.

Amazing stay

Where do I start? This has to be one of the best airbnbs I’ve ver been to. Not only was the apt perfectly accommodating but Roger was very responsive, friendly, and flexible. The apartment sits on the water with immaculate views of Spinola Bay. Walking distance to all of the best restaurants, clubs, and water access points. Most definitely worth the money, and will absolutely be coming back.

Loved our stay in Valletta. Robert was very helpful and had left wine, water, fruit, coffee and a few other essentials for our stay as well as arranging our taxi transfers. His communication was second to none. Extra towels were no problem and he had good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The food in Valletta was one of our highlights. The apartment was in an ideal location for exploring Malta. A car is not required as the main bus station is only a few minutes walk away and we got a bus easily to many places. 2 euro each for a single journey anywhere. We didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment as there is so much exploring to do in Malta but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Simon’s place is so nicely designed. Love the furniture design and the colour palette of the flat. The place is quiet but easy to access to other places. Parking is relatively easy as well. Highly recommend!

Apartment was great, location is great. Shop 1min away if need anything in emergency. Bus stop to Valetta just on the corner. All restaurants and beach in walking distance 10min. No washing machine, but self laundry point just 10min walk. No doors separate bedroom and bathroom but there is privacy curtain if needed. We didnt had any problems on this. There was enough towels and even beach towels provided, we find it really handy with 2yo. Host is helpful and answered our all questions about traveling. Easy check in, location from airport only 15min with bus. Easy to locate all explanations are sent personally before arrival which make trip easier. In kitchen all equipment required for cooking too. We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

David’s place is really a gem. It is in the middle of interesting area. The place is great, spotless and private. We recommend and would come back if we are in Malta.

My wife and I spent close to three weeks in Martin‘s place and we loved every minute. First, the view was outstanding. We never tired of watching the harbour activities and the ancient city of Birgu. Second, the studio apartment was thoughtfully designed and thoroughly provisioned. We absolutely had everything that we needed for a long stay. Third, the location would be hard to beat. We were just around the corner from the Saluting Batteries, restaurants, various historical sites, and grocery stores and pharmacies. Fourth, despite being so well located, the apartment was extremely quiet. As a result, we slept soundly every night. Bottom line: we were extremely delighted with Martin’s place.

This was the most unique and best Airbnb our family has stayed in! The views were incredible and we spent so many hours on the terrace and balcony watching the boats in the harbor. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and highly recommend this place! Anne and Frances were amazing hosts who made the experience easy.

We loved absolutely everything about this Airbnb! Not only is it super cute but it had everything we needed for our full week stay. We especially loved being able to do laundry. The location was perfect for us… a quick walk to the beautiful Lower Barrakka Gardens and many restaurants. Also, an easy pick up spot for ride share so we didn’t have to walk far at all with our luggage. The area was super peaceful and quiet at night. The host was quick to reply and incredibly friendly! We hope to stay again!

The house has an amazing atmosphere, especially the terrace, windows and pool. The center looks better than in the photos. The host was flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was a huge plus.

Barbara and Davide’s place was perfect for exploring Malta! The house is lovely with everything you might need, gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace and their communication is 10/10. It was really easy to get into the home, and it was easy to find. The ferry point right outside made it perfect for exploring Valletta and there were some really amazing restaurants practically on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend!

We had a great time in this super-equipped duplex to feel at home. The bedding was very comfortable. And after long walks, what a pleasure to relax in the heated jacuzzi pool. The house is located near shops and activities and well served by buses that take you everywhere. It's a rental that I really recommend. I'll be happy to go back. We felt very comfortable at Edward's. Although the house is in the center of Sliema, the apartment is very quiet. You can easily explore the island on foot or by bus from here, and you can reach the rocky beach or the modern shopping mall in 10 minutes. The cool courtyard makes the apartment something special, a very pleasant place to end the day or to eat and relax together. The host was always very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately impressed us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment – the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again in a heartbeat. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

Lewis was amazing, considerate and attentive. Communication was immaculate and super supportive he’s the best Airbnb host I have had, the place was just as amazing as the apartment itself, definitely worth the price and much more.

Absolutely amazing stay! Ray and Rosie are wonderful hosts — so warm and attentive. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home. Every detail is thoughtfully done. Would love to come back!

We loves the setting of the apartment and the balcony was the biggest plus overlooking the sea views. We enjoyed waking sitting having tea and coffee to start the day. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available in the apartment. The air con in the bedroom was a god send. Such a great find in a great location.

Matthew was very responsive when we had any questions, I had trust that if we needed anything he’d be there to help. The apartment is in a great location very close to the sea, and near bus stops for easy travel. A highlight was some great recommendations and the booklet in the apartment. Matthew had outlined plenty of restaurants and activities to keep us busy during our stay. Thank you Matthew!

We had a fabulous stay at Rosa’s place. The apartment is lovely and clean and the balcony is perfect for an evening drink. Rosa was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants. The area is really peaceful and a great start to our holiday to relax and enjoy for delicious fish dinners. The apartment has everything you need from a well equipment kitchen, beach towels and a handy washing machine.
