Az ősfák árnyékában fekvő egyszintes ház 93 m2, melyben 6 szoba van: 12 fő + 1 babaágy kényelmesen elfér. A házhoz 2500 m2-es kert és medence tartozik. A ház nyáron hűvös marad, hidegebb időben fűthető. A konyhából rálátni a medencére és a kert nagyrészére. Őrült bulizásra nem való (ahhoz túlságosan kedveljük a szomszédokat), de kulturáltan kikapcsolódni és nagyokat pancsolni annál inkább!
