In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our mini house welcome you with warm colors, beautiful herringbone flooring and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

Beautiful holiday home right on the beach

On the waterfront of Ugelbølle Strand, you will find this very unique, well-maintained, charming petit cottage from the 1900s. The house has been renovated over the years and is in very good condition. When you sit in the living room and enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink on the terrace, you get the feeling of sitting on a houseboat, as there is only 7 meters to the water. It is quiet and peaceful here - and only the sea can be heard when the window is ajar at night. The kayak or paddleboard can be put in the water directly from the terrace.

The classic wooden cabin is surrounded by a lush garden, bordered by tall trees. A spacious terrace features outdoor seating and a hammock, offering a comfortable spot for relaxation. Natural light highlights the cabin's welcoming exterior, creating a serene atmosphere in the peaceful setting.

hyggelig, nyere træhytte med køkken m. køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kogeplade, el-miniovn. Gulvvarme i hytten. Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

The house is located right by the Marguerite route and the Mols route, both attractive walking routes in scenic Denmark.
