Great place ,nice pool, short distance to the beach ,quiet location... highly recommended

Pleasant, clean and spacious accommodation. We were very pleased to be able to use bicycles on trips to the sea and around the area (included). Fewer people than usual at the peak of the season due to the pandemic was a bonus.

We used Dirk's house with four families (8 adults, 8 children aged 1 to 10) for three nights. Even before arrival, communication with Dirk was great, clear, friendly and very easy. In the house, every family had quickly found the right room, so we all felt very comfortable. Thanks to the fireplace, it was super warm and cozy. The house was super equipped and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the kids enjoyed using the garden. All in all, we enjoyed the time very much and will certainly not have been there for the last time! :-)

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zaneta’s property, particularly the large garden which our children enjoyed. Really good off road cycling options on the doorstep, firepit and outdoor seating for relaxing outside. Zaneta was a kind host, happy to answer our questions. We would visit again

Perfect holiday on Usedom! We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic holiday home! We felt comfortable from the beginning – the bright, modern and tasteful furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was well equipped and thought out in detail. A special highlight was the infrared sauna, which ensured absolute relaxation after long walks in the fresh air. The large garden overlooking the Szczecin Lagoon was simply beautiful – ideal for relaxing, enjoying and for cozy evenings. We also loved the entire complex where the house is located: well maintained, quiet and perfect for walking with the dog. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this cottage, especially in the low season, the house offers a lot of peace & relaxation.

We recommend the house gladly. We stayed there with 7 adults and 4 children. The amenities were great, there were also all the little things that are sometimes not part of it (e.g. dishwasher tablets or salt). Communication was very friendly, helpful and prompt. The view of the lake was really wonderful. The small negative points: the access roads are in a bad condition and the house was a little clairvoyant with the 4 noisy children. Overall, we felt very comfortable and we pronounce our recommendation!

Anne and her husband were super nice and helpful. If something was missing, you got it immediately. We can only recommend the accommodation. The area is great for cycling. We will be happy to come back

There were five of us about the long unit weekend in the property. We felt very comfortable and were also able to use the garden Mönkebude does not have a dog beach, so we always went to Ueckermünde. Also Ueckermünde is very welcoming and has cozy cafes.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage and were able to recharge here. The location was really good to find peace and rest. By car you can reach various beach towns and towns on Usedom. The house itself was cozy and well equipped, especially the kitchen, so we lacked nothing. A special highlight was the stunning view from the bed into the starry sky. The hosts were friendly and open-minded and in case of emergency on the premises, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this cottage!

Perfectly equipped holiday home with great landlords. - Kitchen well equipped, with everything you need for cooking - very comfortable beds - Everything sparkling clean - Bikes, child seats, umbrellas, sauna bathrobes, bathing shoes, egg cooker, dishwasher tabs galore, fire bowl with wood, barbecue, Nespresso machine, great tips and homemade blackberry jam - it doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, dear Ines and Kai, for the wonderful autumn holidays! We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend you (even if we would much prefer to keep you as a secret tip;-)

The house could not be found right away as the street name does not appear on the map and there are many similar looking houses with thatched roofs. The check in was super easy and uncomplicated. The house is tastefully decorated and has underfloor heating which is pleasant. We would have liked to hang a towel in the guest bathroom. The towels were all on the upper floor. Especially when you arrive, it's inconvenient. The kitchen did not show up in the photos in the description, because it fits well into the living room and has everything you need. Child-friendly accommodation, with high chair, children's dishes and much more. The surroundings are a bit scary in the evening, as hardly anyone was there, is probably due to the season. Therefore, also very quiet. Overall, we had a very nice stay. We would come back!

Great place, we felt very comfortable. Katja was always available, the house was very cozy. Check-in via a separate reception was always staffed and very easy to provide information. We would have been happy if there were a bit more cooking equipment (e.g. pan turner, ladle) as we like to cook. But all in all we were very satisfied and would come back again.

The ninth of us had a very great time at Frank's house! The house is super modern and very comfortably furnished. It offers plenty of space to warm up comfortably by the fireplace from the sea walk and watch a movie on the projector, cook and eat together and play games at the large table or retreat to the spacious bedrooms. The communication with Frank was super straightforward and very nice. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Henryka is a friendly host. Communication worked well in English. She responded immediately to requests and questions. The place is really spotless and very clean and modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable here and were able to relax and unwind very well.

We had a great time at the house and in the area in Rieth am See. The communication in advance was very kind. We would be informed about everything important plus further information and recommendations in a great time and summarized in a great way. The house is very nice, the rest immediately used with us. Overall, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is somewhat small and there was not much space for preparations for cooking. But that wasn't a problem for us. We were happy to use the sauna, the barbecue and fireplace were at our disposal for immediate use. Digital entertainment (e.g. streaming) was also very widely available. For all these reasons, the value for money is definitely warranted from our point of view. If we had any questions or did not get along with something, we were immediately helped, the communication was excellent even during the stay. We definitely want to come back.

We stayed at this place for a week with 5 adults and a toddler and felt very much at home. The house was equipped with everything you need, plenty of storage and very clean! The only downside.. it's been pretty noisy. Location was great, small bakery and shopping shop right next door and the shopping/strolling street, as well as the beach are within walking distance in a few minutes. We would come back again. 😊
