Its location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city, and after a whole day of attractions available in Świnoujście, it allows you to calm down and rest. This is a one-room studio apartment with a kitchenette. There are two fold-out sofas in the apartment that serve as sleeping areas.

Båten er av typen Catalina C400 og ble bygget på verftet i California i 1995. Catalina Yachts er kjent for sin kvalitet og båten er designet for å bo ombord, med romslige lugarer og full ståhøyde for personer over 2 meter.
