Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Swabia

It's a great apartment to rest in.

Only spent 3 nights at the apartment. However, it is a bit dark due to the glazed balconies.

Check-in went smoothly with a key box, the cozy apartment was equipped with all the little things you need as shown in the pictures. Communication with Andreas went smoothly through the app. The location in Hammersbach was in a great location with a 10-minute drive to Lake Eibsee. For an additional small tourist tax (in 2025 3.5 eur per adult per night), you will receive a guest card that allows some discounts/use of some public transport. (Only good to know, the hot water will probably be used up after about 10/15 minutes of showering, so I accidentally got my boyfriend a cold shower) Would definitely come back.

The apartment is well equipped! Everything very clean and with roll and beverage service simply wonderful! The Angerer family is very friendly and always available ! On the large balcony you can look wonderfully into the mountains ! Thank you very much for a wonderful week! Anke and Alfred

Matthias' beautiful apartment is an absolute recommendation. It is in a great location, ideal for a weekend - but it is also great for longer stays. Modernly furnished, a great view, perfect location in Augsburg. The space in the underground garage is also practical, but even without your own car, you can do a lot on foot, as the apartment is so centrally located. I was a guest of Matthias with my sister for almost two weeks. Would come back any time. Thanks!

Everything we could have hoped for - will definitely be returning!

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, everything clean and tidy, well equipped and good location (shopping center, Neu-Ulmer and Ulm city center within walking distance).

The address was easy to find and on site was already waiting for a friendly Ukrainian, who showed us around the house and was available for questions. Both apartments were well appointed and well suited for a weekend stay.

The home had easy access to many amenities. We had a small problem getting into the home the first day as we followed the directions to find the key in the mailbox but it was not there. Ben was actually in the office when we thought it should be closed. Once in the home, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was as described and it was a very peaceful location. We also enjoyed the small garden in the back. Ben was always friendly and able to answer many of our questions regarding local sightseeing opportunities. I would certainly stay there again if the opportunity occurs.

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The accommodation was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared for me a lot of love. We especially liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together wonderfully for a long time in the evening. However, if you wanted, you also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the layout with 12 people on the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

A great little house on 2 floors with everything you need incl. Garden, which my dog particularly liked :-) Great quiet rural environment, beautiful scenery. Good excursion options. Whether with dog, child or alone...There is something for everyone.

We stayed with 8 people for three days with Tanja and Stephan and enjoyed the time very much. From the campfire to canoeing, everything was possible, we grilled and made ourselves comfortable. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful time over Easter. Lechbruck am See offers a lot of opportunities for activities directly on site. Shopping is sufficiently available. In the area, many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable in the cottage. Everything you need is available. Our kids had their own space upstairs. Everything is very nice and neatly decorated. The hosts Kristin & Gerry were very nice, in general all were very warm and always friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will be happy to come back ;)

This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

The host and her friend who gave us a warm welcome were very kind and hospitable . I recommend this apartment for its exceptional cleanliness. Full kitchen equipment I'm sure there's nothing missing Plus attention to detail to make everyone feel special . Private parking Underground garage 2m high. I was a bus with my family, so it's an important point for me. Good location Close to shop and bakery . I recommend this place with a clear conscience. I will definitely use this apartment again when I'm in the area.

We found Michael's place very nice, clean and quiet. There were already many things available, such as salt, pepper, detergent, soap and toilet paper. There was a lot to do in the area, whether in the mountains or by the lake. Overall, we liked the vacation at Michael's place very much.

Was very nicely received by Dagmar and Burkhard. They showed me around and explained everything and I immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean and very tidy. I slept wonderfully Dagmar was always available and wrote back quickly. The apartment is in a great location, close to the train station, almost on the lake and in the village center. I look forward to my next stay. Very, very great. Thank you ❤️

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. Thanks for the great break
