Apartment includes: - own parking place - cellar for storing skis,snowboards or bicycles

Hlavná železničná a autobusová stanica je len 5 minút pešo. AquaCity Poprad je vzdialené cca 2km a Vysoké Tatry sú vzdialené len 15km. Apartmán je od centra mesta vzdialený 6 minút chôdze.
