Well-equipped 2-room apartment of 59 square meters located in a quiet neighborhood in Østerbro (the climate district). The apartment is located on the high ground floor (undisturbed). There is a French balcony in the bedroom, which faces the courtyard with tables and benches and the possibility to grill in the summer. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests, and it is possible to make up an extra guest on the sofa bed in the living room. The Fælledparken is located near the apartment. There are also good bus and metro connections to the city center.

Der er nøgleboks til indtjekning uden vært. Check ind med vært kan også ønskes. En eventuel tredje gæst kan få opredning på madras på gulvet.

My beautiful home is centrally located in Copenhagen. The apartment is located on the attractive Indre Østerbro with sea views from the balcony. It is only 1 km to the attractive Nordhavn area with a lot of restaurants, a cinema and swimming facilities. It is 4 km to the center of Copenhagen with delicious and trendy restaurants, cafes and museums. Two metro stations are nearby, so it's easy to get to and from the apartment. There are city bikes in the area that can be easily rented.

Just a short stroll away, you'll find beautiful green spaces like Fælledparken and the habour bath at Nordhavn, perfect for a walk, picnic or dip in the ocean. Østerbro is known for its trendy cafes, charming boutiques, and excellent restaurants.

The second bedroom is a full size bed in a kids room. Free parking. Super market 200m away. We love our apartment for the cozy spot in the kitchen and the calm neighbourhood. If you bring a child we can also mention the playground in back garden of the building.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
