Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and has a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for 200 kr./person.

Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400m from the square, and 600m from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
