Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Suzuka

With a conbini [Lawson] and transit entrance on the same block, it’s so convenient to get around from this AirBNB. The air condition is amazing after a hot day, and the large tub was a surprise.

It is a pity that I have to stay for one night less. It is very convenient to have a washing and drying machine. It is very comfortable to bring clean clothes and go home. Thank you for any help and advice given by the host. It is great to open my first airbnb experience with this B&B. It is great. I have stayed in a family home in Japan. I don't want to stay at a hotel next time I bring my family in Nagoya.👍🏻👍🏻

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

Wow! We are left with no words for how great this stay was. Everything from start to finish was taken care of. Clear communications and instructions, free supplies like water, shampoo, shaving Linge etc- basically anything you could need was there. The room is pretty spacious and the bathroom and toilet are clean and big as well. Very comfortable and close to the city, we walked everywhere (except for big tourist attractions, those are a 20 mins away with subway). Amazing, thank you!!

The host is awesome. He answered all our questions promplty. The house was very clean and the location is awesome! It is walking distance to the station and very close to Dotonbori - the most happening place in Osaka!! We loved everything about the house!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, with both indoor and outdoor bathtubs that made for a truly relaxing experience. It’s incredibly cozy and well-designed, with a perfect location—just a short walk to the subway and the river. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Very great place to stay. Very happy with being able to stay in a traditional Japanese house. In addition, it is quiet, and the amenities in the accommodation are very well prepared. In addition, there are good restaurants and familiar taverns around. - It was inevitable that it was difficult to use English. - Nevertheless, we were able to stay very quiet. It was also close to the station, so it was very convenient when checking in, checking out, and traveling. One thing I was a little concerned about when booking this accommodation was, "Maybe the amenities weren't too old," but contrary to my concerns, I was able to stay very comfortably. However, the stairs to the second floor are steep, so if you have luggage or are old in your family, it may be difficult to move. It is also important to consider that the Japanese house itself is not considered for heating, so it may feel cold. - Please refer to it when visiting in winter.. - I took a lot of photos during my stay, and I think they'll all be pictures of their lives. Really lovely stay! It was very clean. Many towels, pillows, blankets were provided. It was a fairly quiet area. The air conditioning was great. Would recommend this location if you are trying to stay closer to Gion. It is further from the train station, but everything is pretty spread out in Kyoto.

A very pleasant and cozy appartment, and a really thoughtful and friendly hostess that takes care of everything. We felt right at home here, and can only recommend it.

We had a great stay at this home. Our group of 6 comfortable stayed amongst the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Like most Japanese homes, the toilets and shower rooms are separate. This home had 2 toilets and 2 showers. The washing machine works great, and the drying functionality (hanging clothes in the bathroom by a drying vent) worked as well. We loved the location, walking distance from the Fushimi Inari shrine and across the street from a 7/11 and walking distance from 3 different train stations. Very easy to get around the area! We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

Great location near the shopping district and close to good local restaurants. Spacious rooms with plenty of beds. Washer and dryer were useful.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

This is an extraordinary place. The location is in the heart of the buzzing Gion district, and everything easily walkable. They hosts were helpful & flexible with us leaving bags before and after. The space is unbelievable and rare. It's very spacious, which was a relief after being crammed in prior hotels. Basically it is a giant and very cool room, with attached bathroom and laundry wing. Bedding comfy. The place feels funky. It has absolutely everything you could need. It is not a shared space with anyone else, it's all yours and private. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. Huge room to run and climb, with plastic kitchenware, toys and books. As the host mentions, it is across the hall from a rooftop bar that can be a little noisy, but also distant bars and the district is noisy and busy in general, it was okay. It was neat and fine but could use a deep clean (it would be a hard space to keep perfect), but overall wonderful. 10/10.

Sakura was an amazing host! Her communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The location couldn’t have been better, everything I needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to convenience stores and train stations. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.
