Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sutton

This brand-new, stylish, clean and comfortable house is spacious and well designed for 6 guests. The location in the countryside by the river is lovely and private and the outdoor space (patio, spa, dining area, fire pit and yard) is very agreeable as well. The kitchen is well stocked, and the amenities are good (just bring shampoo as everything else is supplied). The only thing we didn’t have was nice weather!

What a charming place! Everything was as listed, and we felt at home right away. Beautiful area and comfortable bed- the perfect recipe for vacation.

Très beau séjour. Malgré le temps pluvieux, nous avons pu profiter de toute les commodités offert. Les lits sont aussi confortables. Bref, un belle maison pour faire ce qu’on désire. Je recommande.

Clean, bright, well appointed and decorated. Comfortable couch and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor deck and beautiful landscaping. Convenient location- 5 minute drive to Sutton or to the ski hill. Monic was a responsive host and met us at check-in to give us a tour of the space and how to use the appliances. It is helpful to note that both the bedroom and bathroom located in the upstairs loft are partially open to the floor below. So while you may not be able to see anyone in the loft when you are below, you would be able to hear them especially any bathroom sounds. This was not a problem as it was just the 2 of us. We were disappointed that charging our EV using the outdoor outlet was discouraged by the host. Fortunately there were 2 EV charging stations in town, but it is still nice to be able to charge at the house. It was also disappointing that my husband was told to keep his high-end road bike outdoors and while we were told thefts are rare, it was still a risk.

Le chalet donne directement sur le lac, la vue est magnifique. Des plongeons huards nous ont rendu visite. On entend le trafic quand on est dehors, mais l'intérieur est bien insonorisé. Le spa est bien agréable, avec vue sur le lac. Les matelas pourraient être un peu plus fermes (pour qui a besoin d'un fort soutien). Deux chambres ont l'interrupteur à l'extérieur de la chambre et l'une d'entre elle n'a pas d'autre source d'éclairage. Cette chambre n'a pas non plus de table de nuit, ce qui est inconfortable. L'électro-ménager est complet et fonctionnel. Le salon manque de confort : le canapé est adossé directement à un placard-lit, sans appuie-tête pour se protéger des chocs. Ce n'est pas non plus une pièce avec une porte, donc ne peut être considéré comme un bureau, d'autant qu'il n'y a pas de meuble pour travailler (pas grave quand on peut travailler sur la terrasse). Dans l'ensemble c'est très bon et Patrick est hyper-réactif, dispo et très accommodant. Je recommande !

Très belle petite maison. Les pieces sont de belles grandeurs et ont du cachet. Le spa est tres agréable. Apres quelques problèmes de communication au début, Audrey a par la suite très bien répondu à nos questions. Il faut faire attention car les autos roulent vite devant la maison. Ça peut incommoder ceux qui dorment ds la chambre avant.

My girlfriend and I joined two other couples for a weekend getaway. The cottage was stunningly beautiful and cozy, featuring a spacious central area perfect for board games, a lovely jacuzzi, and easy access to hiking trails within a 10-15 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, especially appreciating the option of a late check-in.

What a beautiful spot. We had a perfect trip. There was a small issue with the internet before we got there. Marie Josee communicated everything to us and made sure it was all taken care of. She went out of her way to get the internet fixed on a Saturday. The house is so quiet and private at the end of the road. Felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Our whole group was very impressed. Nice finishes, well appointed rooms, fully stocked kitchen. Can't say enough good things about it.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'endroit était fidèle à la description, spacieux et très bien équipé. De plus, notre hôte a été très réactif et disponible. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésitation !

notre séjour à été plus que parfait, nous n'avons manquer de rien. La maison était impécable. Le set up de cour arrière est très beau. ses super intime et aucun voisin a l'arriere, très grand terrain! Guillaume nous a laisser un pot de tire d'érable qu'il font lui et sa famille. Superbe attention de sa part! ses un 10/10 et j'y retournerais n'importe quand!

Nous sommes venus à 9 durant un week-end. Très bonne expérience dans ce manoir magnifique. La décoration, le mobilier, l’ambiance étaient incroyables. Les activités (baby foot ping pong tennis billard piano jacuzzi) étaient fonctionnels. Les instructions étaient claires. Vincent a été très réactif sur les messages et nous a même laissé une heure de plus à notre dernier jour, ce qui était grandement apprécié. On recommande vivement !!!

Great location for walking around Sutton. Great local restaurants, wine bar, and cheese shops. We were 7 women for a weekend and the space worked out fine. Really nice kitchen. The hot tub was big enough for all of us and was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. Hosts were really friendly and helpful, and they responded within an hour or two when we needed to be in touch.

Lovely, clean home with lots to do for our 2 families. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and cozy fireplace made us feel at home. The location is peaceful and quiet - ideal for our long weekend getaway. Merci!

The description is correct; it is a cabin in the woods with no electricity. We arrived to snow and used a provided sled to haul in our stuff. The cabin itself is small and very cozy. Our host could not get the outside Hot tub to work so she brought a sauna in for us to use instead, really great service. If you enjoy rustic settings and a little adventure, this is a great spot. We will be back.

Le chalet est beau, grand, propre, bien équipé. Il est dans un endroit isolé et tranquille mais aussi pas très loin des attractions de la région, lors c'est la combinaison parfaite. Le spa couvert avec vue sur la forêt est super.

Barry and Nia were great hosts to our large group! Very responsive to messages and questions about the listing and the house was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of space inside and out and a great location! Hope to be back again next year!

We had a great stay despite some trouble with the lock at first. The host is responsive! Once that was resolved we had a great time! There are a lot of amenities provided and the spot is convenient for visiting Stanstead, Newport VT, etc. Thanks!

Proche des États -Unis donc frais si ont fait des Pour le chalet voie Lactée, je m'attendait a ce thème a l'intérieur aussi. Mais trop de décoration qui na aucun rapport, coq, loup, papillon, etc. Parcontre dans le spas sa valais la vue, le ciel qui représentait vraiment le nom du chalet. Est-ce que je retournerais ? Oui sans aucune hésitation. Pour le prix ca vaut la peine. La plage pas loin est un plus ;-). J'ai aimer mon séjour ;-)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et vraiment reposant chez Sonia et Sami. Le chalet est magnifique et très bien équipé. Nous regrettons de ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps !

Great place for our family of four and our friend’s family of four. The kids love the bunk beds! Having the two lounge spaces was a bonus - kids could go play or watch a movie and us parents could have our space. Very close to ski hill and beach (we went ice fishing during our stay).

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautiful, surrounded by a peaceful forest, and perfectly equipped for families with kids and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The hosts were highly responsive and helpful throughout. We truly appreciated our stay and would happily return!
