Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Welcome to the approx. 150-year-old Villa Maissen, a beautiful mansion with well-kept garden and mountain views – perfect for design lovers and nature lovers. The apartment on the second floor invites you to relax or enjoy some athletic recreation. There are four ski resorts nearby: - Brigels and Obersaxen (10 min each) - Disentis/Sedrun (20 min) - Flims/Laax (25 minutes) The Grisons Oberland offers numerous outdoor activities as well as the thermal baths in Vals for wellness lovers.

Maiensäss Tegia Cucagna

The self-sufficient 3.5-room vacation home with annex Tegia Cugagna is located at 1,550 meters above sea level above the village of Rueun (Surselva GR). It offers everything you need for a short or longer stay in the mountains.​ Enjoy the tranquility amidst the wonderful mountains of the Surselva, the fresh mountain air and the wonderful nature. New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

Vacation home in the countryside

The unique, south-facing 4.5-room cottage is located on an Alp, 820 m above sea level, not far from the villages of Sagogn, Flims and Laax. Due to its unique and secluded location, you can enjoy absolute peace, relaxation and pure nature here. In the early hours of the morning you can watch germs, deer and other wildlife from the property. Directly below the house (about 200 m), the Rhine flows through the imposing Rhine gorge. The golf course is also not far.

Tauche ein in diese ruhige und zugleich kraftvolle Bergwelt! Ob du deine Seele baumeln lässt oder die romanischen Dörfer oder die imposante Umgebung entdeckst, liegt ganz bei dir. Dieses baubiologisch-liebvoll renovierte Häuschen bietet dir die optimale Base dazu. Wenn du zeitlich flexibel bist, kannst du gerne günstige Zeiträume bei mir anfragen (die Preise variieren saisonal stark). Mein Häuschen ist aus energetischen Gründen drogenfreie Zone.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The Canyon Nest

The Canyon Nest with cottage charm and tiny house coziness is the perfect retreat in the 'Rheinschlucht'. Here you can start the day with freshly brewed coffee and birdsongs on the balcony, use the TRX on the terrace, do yoga or barbecue, pick fruits from the trees, hang a hammock, and read a book in front of the Swedish stove in the evening. The Canyon Nest offers peace and relaxation and is the ideal place for creativity and focused productivity.
