Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

Perfect location to be able to move around centrally, everything can be reached on foot or by bus next to it. Everything was described perfectly and simply. We were able to enjoy the week superbly!

Cosy and clean apartment perfectly located, the bus stop is just across the street and the valley run ends 50 meters away. Sauna comes with a charge of 30 CHF but pool access is included. Very helpful and communicative host.

Lucia and Andrea and Roberto were INCREDIBLY hospitable. Truly they went out of their way to provide us an authentic experience in Bellano. The studio is connected to the house where the family lives but has a private entrance and we had plenty of privacy. The private terrace connected to the studio was absolutely stunning. They were honestly the best hosts we've ever had. Come with basic italian learned or have ur translate on as they do not speak english (and shouldnt need to) We had THE BEST STAY! Cant recommend enough. 10/10

The place was lovely and in a beautiful location. Anna and Elisabetta was really quick in responding and friendly. The place is so calm - it was a really peaceful holiday. The place is next to a cafe, to the lake, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdressers, laundrette, what more do you want? Going to miss waking up to this view!

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Great place, very clean and with everything you need. Very careful in the smallest of details. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday but then comfortable time to visit Lake Como!!

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Silvia's little house is charming, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing! From the house you can easily access beautiful walks, and the fully fenced garden is perfect for those who, like us, have a dog! We will definitely be back!

We loved our weekend! The house is very good, spacious, comfortable, wonderful view from the bedrooms and living room, huge balcony. Comfortable beds, towels, sheets and quality pillows. The owners are very kind, they made us feel at home. Beautiful and equipped kitchen, good bathrooms. Picturesque house but with modern interior, super clean and well decorated. Large area in the yard, huge place to park Anyway perfect!

Check-in was very easy and was very well explained by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We especially recommend the breakfast downstairs in the hotel! 😊

We stayed at this beautiful house while traveling through eastern Switzerland to visit works by Peter Zumthor, and the experience became one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip. Staying in a home designed by Rudolf Olgiati was truly extraordinary. The house exceeded all our expectations — it was not only beautifully and thoughtfully designed, but also impeccably maintained, giving us the warm feeling of being at home. Through the wide windows, we could clearly feel Olgiati’s architectural intention — the seamless connection between the interior space and the surrounding landscape. Simply being in this space made our stay deeply meaningful. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and thanks to his thoughtful hospitality, we were able to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our journey. This place is a true hidden gem, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves architecture or seeks a peaceful and inspiring stay.

We had a lovely stay in Dervio thanks in part to the nice apartment. Quiet and super clean. Everything is available, so that I cooked myself for an evening.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

The Appartement was really great. It was clean and the perfect location for trips around lake como. We will definitely come again. The parking in front of the apartment was perfect, even with a bigger car.

We spent a great 5 nights in Fiona's apartment and give an all-round 5-⭐️ rating and an extra plus for the loving care 🤗 Fiona was extremely helpful and, in addition to great excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, also helped with the reservation for the first two days. Villa Regina is easy to find and ideally located in the "middle of the lake." The apartment is exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Particularly noteworthy is the parking lot with good accessibility. Anyone who has ever been to Lake Como knows how valuable it is. Supermarkets, a bakery and a gelateria are nearby. For us, it was important to be able to take a short walk with the dog in the morning, so the location is optimal. A path along the shore and a nice little park are 100 meters away.
