Cosy flat for short or long stay! Thank you Eva for hospitality and cosiness! Pros: 1. The apartment is clean, tidy and it is pleasant to live in it 2. Great view of the city from the windows 3. The flat is quiet, you can't hear the street or the neighbours 4. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including microwave, rice cooker and oven. 5. The flat had a sufficient supply of drinking water for the whole time of our stay. 5. The host was very responsive and was always willing to help with any questions we had "Cons" (it's not real cons) 1. Hot water in the shower was not always stable. But based on the outside temperature in principle not a problem. For fans of really hot water may not be enough.

Melvina’s homestay is fantastic. It boasts an excellent location with convenient surrounding amenities, as it is situated within Pakuwon Mall. The apartment staff are warm, kind, helpful, and polite. The room is well-equipped, so you don’t need to worry about forgetting any small items for your trip. Ms. Melvina herself is incredibly kind and enthusiastic. She provided an immense amount of help and support during my trip to Surabaya, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The exquisite homestay contributed greatly to my positive experience. Unfortunately, I regret not having the time to use the free swimming pool in the apartment due to my busy schedule 😔. However, for my next trip to Surabaya, Melvina’s homestay will be my first choice. Thank you again, Ms. Melvina 🙏.

Steve was very welcoming, meeting us during check in to assist us. Anytime we had questions or requests, he would respond promptly. The place was as pictured and very comfortable. Easy to get to and the amenities were great.

It’s very convenient location connecting to the mall. The unit was as described in the pictures and comfortable. And Benny is very helpful and very responsible. Highly recommended.
