Apartment vacation rentals in Sundsvall

My two dachshunds and I spent two nights in a separate room at the end of Märta's house. There is a private bathroom attached to the room and a separate entrance to the room, which was very nice because I walked my dogs many times a day and through my own entrance door, I got in and out of the room without disturbing Märta and her husband. The room and bathroom are very neat and furnished homely. Märta's house is close to the sea. Breakfast was excellent; varied and had healthy and tasty extra food items (including ginger shots) in addition to the usual cold cuts, cheese, and vegetables. Märta and her husband were very friendly to both me and my dogs❤.

Ted is a super nice host and the apartment was so fresh and well-planned. Nice and comfortable accommodation in the middle of town, it can hardly be better. We really recommend this home and this nice host. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I stayed in Matt's apartment for 1 month as a stepping stone to find a longer term rental as I just moved to Sweden. The apartment is fantastic and has everything you will need in it. Its heated well, very quite, all the appliances and utilities work well. It has an excellent work area with a large desk, adjustable work lights and even a spare PC monitor! The location is really good, its only a couple minutes walk from willies grocery store were you can get everything you would need. Its also a short walk to some beautiful seaside woodland trails beside 'Sälstens Havsbad'. You can also walk to the beautiful 'Murberget County Museum' were you can see old fashioned rustic wooden cabins. Matt is super helpful & friendly and very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would highly recommend this place

Incredibly nice accommodation in an outstanding setting! Clean and fresh, all amenities were provided. Easy to get in with clear instructions and flexible. Comfortable and fresh beds. Very nice host couple with quick replies. Super happy with the accommodation and we can warmly recommend it! Great! ⭐️

Fresh and well-equipped apartment in a great location! In the middle of town but still quiet and secluded. Private parking in the courtyard and smooth check-in with code and key box. Ted responds quickly if you have any questions.

Carina is a great hostess! Flexible, nice, responds quickly to message. A cup of coffee and a sandwich was the first thing you got in your hand when you got up 😊

Jeanette and Ola are just perfect hosts. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you’re one of the family. The apartment itself is well appointed, beautifully furnished with sunlight throughout the day. My mother has stayed twice this year already and said she won’t stay anywhere else now. I’d recommend staying here to anyone even though it feels a bit like giving away a secret!

Super nice apartment walking distance from Sundvall centre. Has everything you need if staying short- or longterm. Pernilla is very easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure.
