It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Tolle Lage unweit vom Strand, aber auch unweit der Clubs. Das Appartement ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist schnell zu erreichen und hilft gerne bei wirklich jeder Frage. Wir durften nach Absprache früher ein- und auschecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

The best apartment ever. We've been there for 5 days. We had pretty good experience at all times there. We lost the keys and they moved so fast and give us help. Online help works all the time and ready to make our trip better, so fast replies.

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!

cant fault the apartment or the host Chris.Everything was as described and Chris was so freindly.Communication was exceptional response instant couldnt ask for more. This apartment is in a very good location for our needs,quiet enough to relax on balcony or by the pool and close to the night life. Really cant fault anything and once again cant say enough how good Chris was. thankyou so much

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Muchas gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto porque volveremos sin duda
