Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sujeong-gu

First time in Seoul, the host provided a warm and comfortable home, the location is close to the subway, the host can handle any problems immediately, and also recommended where we can experience nearby, great accommodation experience, will come again if I have the chance😊

This is my second time to stay here and I still recommend to everyone. The location is convenient, just few minutes walk there is airport bus and near the metro station. The room is clean, the building has elevator and laundry at the ground floor, also you may keep the luggage. Excellent!

The place is very well located. Easy to get to from the airport to the seoul station. You can use your bags to find a place to stay. The view of the bathroom is great. Restaurants. Lots of food around the place. It's convenient. I think if you go again, you will stay in the same place.

Great place to get there with family and friends. Good location near metro stop, shops and restaurants to be able to do tourism and vacations. All services are also available, we were helped by the current adapters for American type plugs. We recommend.

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

I decided to come to Seoul at the last minute, and I saw this place at a glance when I booked. It was unexpectedly good.Transportation is very convenient, subway station, airport bus stop, bus stop are all within 100-200 meters.There is an elevator in the building, so you don't have to worry about carrying large luggage.Communication with the Host was also very smooth, and the room was very well equipped with daily necessities.A great travel experience😊

Hazel is very responsive and she provides very clear directions on how to get to her house. The house is a perfect size for a big family/group. It is very walkable to many eateries as well as hongik exit 3 and aREX. The only downside for us is the small shower in the second toilet which becomes very wet after shower or using tap (Hazel did give a heads up before we checked in) and the area can be a bit noisy at night as there’s pubs around it and the apartment is located at a low floor.

The Bori House was a great place to stay at, clean and quiet. There’s a good sized fridge, great water pressure, and the beds were super comfy. The location is also prime, right next to many amazing bars and restaurants but the noise never reaches us. The train is also right there.

Clean and well-maintained accommodation. The bugs I was worried about were small flying bugs or spiders as small as dust. It wasn't a big deal. Places like the footbath outside may be affected by bugs, but I didn't do the footbath. The location is good, and the biggest advantage is that you can park. Cooking is not allowed, but delivery is free, and there is good consideration for tableware, etc. LG's water purifier is also neatly maintained, so clean water is a big advantage.

I was honestly worried because it was a semi-basement. But there was no problem at all, and it was spacious and satisfying. It may be because I don't spend all day at home, but there was no phenomenon such as bad air or rain forming water on the ceiling. However, there is one disadvantage. This seems to be the problem of the person who designed this house, not the host, but the soundproofing and hot water are too bad. Apart from this, I had no difficulty staying. I didn't use it, but there's a washer and dryer, so I think it's okay for long-term stays. I think I'll choose it again if I have to stay in Magok next time.

Cosy apartment with everything you could ask for in a great location with many restaurants and things to do nearby

Awesome host! Really responsive and helpful when we were unfamiliar with the workarounds of the place. Great place and had a great rest there :)

Emma was always there if we needed help, was very friendly and Even recommended Restaurants which are really good. She even came with us to bukhansan and we enjoyed a really good dinner together. The city center and various tourist spots were in good reachable because the line 3 and 6 are right around the corner. All in all, we loved it and would love to come back!

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

This accommodation is in a phenomenal location — very close to the train station and some great restaurants/stores. It’s also far enough away from the more lively areas of Hongdae so it doesn’t get loud on weekend evenings. The condo itself matched the pictures, was clean, and had clear instructions. JD was always very responsive. We couldn’t recommend staying here more strongly!

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Our stay was great. We were a group of 5 females so we felt we needed 2 bathrooms. The bedroom bed configurations were spot on and worked out perfectly. Warning: Koreans enjoy hard/firm beds. If you know you’ll need a mattress pad, speak up. Also, the 2nd bathroom was really small so we used it as a powder room instead of a second shower, even if it was capable. The location, while uphill, was a nice residential neighborhood. It was within 10 minutes walk or less to the subway. Excellent location to a fun restaurant-filled street. Easy walk to Gyungbokgung Palace. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
