We always received support from Vladimir, the house is very nice and comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Mazatenango, close to downtown and with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

Great space, well-equipped and only a short walk down or up the hill to the lake front. John was a great host, really attentive and helpful. Can be noisy in the evenings.

We really liked Mary's place! the accommodation and the price are too good, and Mary was always very friendly, she showed up to welcome us and explain important things (house things, recommendations). Personally I thought that contact was nice. Cleaning 10/10, amenities 10/10, space 10/10. Everything was excellent. A place that is sure worth it and we look forward to returning soon.

Christian and his family were great hosts who welcomed us to their place. I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer, more welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. My kid enjoyed spending time with their children, from playing games to hanging out at the terrace. The home was clean, cozy, and full of positive energy. It had a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, functional bathroom and we felt safe the entire time. Christian gave us a tour of the place and provided suggestions on nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels more like visiting family than just booking a place! :)

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! Good place. Big. Comfortable. With everything you need. Clean and safe. 10 minutes from Xetulul Park. I would definitely stay again.

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

Very good airbnb, gerson is very friendly and recommended a Tuk tuk that I always took us and brought us well, they accepted our kitten , the truth was 10/10 with the place maybe only the location was a little far but away a very good place to stay , I recommend it!!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

It's a beautiful place, very close to the pier, excellent view of the lake and the mountains, impeccable, it's just as described. The host is very respectful and kind.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

An excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to have an incredible time, even board games, the fully-equipped kitchen even has an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super secluded from everything, not even a store nearby. The closest is Santa Catarina Palopó, 30 minutes away, and Panajachel, about 45 minutes away. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it went from 2 lanes to 1 and there are about 15 minutes of unpaved road which when we went there were repairs, I don't know if they will put asphalt but in rain I don't think a small car will go up 2 slopes with loose soil, if you come from Patzún there it is a paved street and 10 minutes of unpaved road. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 for 3 days and did not provide extra sheets. I think that for families like this it is necessary I recommend bringing food for the vacation days and not going out much. You'll have an amazing time. I really enjoyed it.
