Super friendly hosts, we felt immediately comfortable. Quiet area, animals and pure nature. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed. Finally, there is only one thing left to say. 100% recommended!!!

I am very satisfied with my multi-week stay at the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, you have everything you need. The apartment is clean, tidy and you are super fast in Schwandorf. Overall, in my opinion, there is nothing to complain about, and it is also a great value for money.

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.

The apartment is really great, has very good amenities - everything was thought of :-). The house is very quiet and the apartment offers a lot of privacy. We especially liked the fantastic, sunny terrace with great views. Very nice reception with a delicious, culinary garden greeting. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you!

Apartment is very nice. Andrea offered us clear instructions about the check-in and amenities of the place. She made everything easy for us and we knew where to find everything inside the resort. We felt ourselves well welcomed.

Michaela and Sebastian were great hosts! We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The way there is full of stairs, but worth every step. You have a really beautiful view over the Danube. The surrounding area and Regensburg are very easy and quick to reach. For those who do not shy away from climbing stairs, a very clear recommendation!

We enjoyed it very much. We want to come again next year but this time longer.

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! We were very satisfied. The accommodation lacks nothing, even the toys are in good condition and are provided in an age-appropriate manner. Very clean and you can tell how much passion has been put into the house. Will definitely visit again.

We felt very comfortable! The amenities and cleanliness of the apartment were really great. The only small drawback was that the bed creaked with every little movement. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Great house (as described) with sensational garden right on the Danube. Everything was available and the reception and contact with the host Mr. Beslmeisl was great. Close to shopping (Rewe). For restaurants, however, you have to go/drive to the old town of Kelheim. I'm sure we'll be back.

Nice and good communication. The house was nice big, very clean and well decorated. We felt very comfortable, especially the children enjoyed it very much thanks to swings, trampoline and plenty of toys.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

We were there with the whole family, grandma, grandpa, parents and children. The house was really perfect for this, because you could retreat when there was action in the other corner. The amenities throughout the house are complete, we lacked nothing. The sauna and the water barrel in the garden then perfectly rounded off the stay. Shopping and a bakery for fresh rolls in the morning are also not far away. Highly recommended! We will be happy to come back!

The "Oasis of Peace" definitely lives up to it's name! I had a relaxing stay here enjoying the beautiful guesthouse and the peaceful countryside surroundings. The unique architecture of the apartment is really something special! The 3 saunas and 2 pools at the adjoining hotel were a great bonus as well. I visited without a car, and was able to get around with the bus, but a car is definitely better to have for access to restaurants and groceries. However, the surroundings are great for walks and the views are beautiful. The staff at the front desk of the hotel were friendly and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay!

Accommodation very clean, cozy and well equipped, you can feel at home. Sabine is a very nice person, we have no objections, we count the trip as very successful. We recommend it to everyone, definitely will come back in the future

Simply an uncomplicated, great stay in a very clean, well-furnished room with modern bathroom and good amenities! Host absolutely friendly and personable. Will come again any time!!!

The check-in was very warm with cheesecake and sparkling wine on New Year's Eve. The host is very accessible, communicative and has given very good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment is fantastically located with sun from rise to sunset and is super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook well yourself. With the basic oven, it is chubby warm in winter and the sauna overlooking the mountains is highly recommended (bookable for a fair extra charge). We felt comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

The room was very conveniently furnished, and we had plenty of space with 2 adults and a toddler. You can practically take the elevator from the apartment to the swimming pool, which is also very pleasant. Cleanliness, amenities… all good. It was great that we were allowed to enter the apartment an hour earlier and then check out later. This made it very relaxed. We can absolutely recommend the host and the apartment.

Loads of space and washing facilities which was really helpful. Not far from town either which was great for dinner.

Booked last minute but it was just perfect. Hospitality exaggerated good. Were on site for business with 4 people. Highly recommend it.

Overall, everything was great. The rooms are well equipped. Normally, we would have had a guided tour of the buildings. Unfortunately, a move by our host delayed communication a bit, so this did not take place. Nevertheless, everything worked out well and there was always an answer. If it works out, however, we would book again, now we know each other more :)
