Toms boat house is the best value airb&b I think is out there ,super comfortable with everything you could want and need for a stay by the river ,Tom was kind and considerate and extremely helpful with everything we needed ,I would definitely go back 100% thanks Tom you made my trip truly fantastic, oh I stayed for 12 nights without a problem. Elizabeth and Craig were very helpful hosts! I loved how everything was laid out on the Airbnb since they really went out there way to add amenities that people may need during their stay! I loved how helpful they were, including on the book they gave local restaurant recommendations and ways to transport around the place, which I would find very helpful! Although I only stayed for a night, I wish I could have stayed here longer but I will definitely keep it in mind when coming back to Sydney! Thank you so much for letting me stay! 😊❤️

Tim and Camilla's place is in a great location especially if you have an event at Sydney Olympic Park, just a 12 to 15 minute drive. The place is close to transport and shops and was a nice and quiet area. The Queen bed was super comfy and the place had a good sized kitchen and bathroom. Tim and Camilla were super responsive hosts and it was a breeze checking in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying at Kimi’s place. Always pleasant to communicate and very responsive. Clear and easy instructions for check in and check out. Location is excellent, close to train stations and walking distance to shops. Property is located next to train tracks therefore not recommended for light sleepers. Otherwise it is always a great handy place to stay.

My partner and I spent our anniversary weekend at Amanda’s place. We had a wonderful time there! Amanda gave very clear checkin and checkout instructions and always responded quickly to our messages. There are a lot of nice walks nearby, and you can also do other activities like barbecue, outdoor bath, books and board games at the tiny house. We absolutely loved stargazing next to the fire pit they prepared for us!

Ruth was a very friendly and generous host. Felt welcome and the studio was really well equipped and well designed. The bathroom was great, the bed comfortable, and excellent supplies for breakfast…. Fruit, cereals, a great variety of tea and a coffee machine. So thoughtful. Tempe is a great location with fantastic public transport. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I had the most wonderful stay at Scott’s place! From the moment we arrived, Scott was incredibly kind and helpful, offering fantastic local recommendations that allowed us to truly experience the best of Sydney. His home is spacious & stylish—literally, with a bed warmer and heater to keep us cozy! The room upstairs was perfect, and I loved the charming ceramic studio downstairs, which added such a unique touch. The tap water was surprisingly delicious, too! Plus, with the Metro opening soon nearby, access to the CBD and North Sydney will be even more convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more delightful stay. Thank you, Scott, for making our trip so memorable

Louise's home was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The garden setting of the lodge was picturesque, private and quiet. We had great communication from the start and because Louise herself was away, her friend Maeve was there to take care of us (and she did an amazing job) 👍.

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay near our son's house. Gerard's place was perfect. Very well equipped, with a washer and dryer (and laundry soap!). The kitchen is simple but well supplied with necessities like tea and coffee, all the utensils you might need for simple meals, and plenty of crockery and glasses. It's just a short walk from the very pleasant Bay Run - a 9km round trip from the front door, around the bay and back, if you're looking for a bit of exercise. The bed was very comfortable. And Gerard and Sophie were helpful, letting us leave our luggage a bit early since the place was ready, and checking that everything about the place was OK (it was). The main room is bright, but can be private with good blinds. And the house is on a quiet street, a block or so away from Lyons Road where you'll find plenty of cafes and the bus stops. Drummoyne shops, with a Harris Farms, is about 15 or 20 minutes' walk away. We'd definitely stay there again.

The place was really easy and clear to find, we had our own parking spot in front of the garage and off the street, which was great. Beautifully kept place, and basically had just about everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Ken was also very approachable, kind, helpful and very friendly. Loved it. Loved the privacy, the closeness to foods, supplies, the ferry to Sydney, and really happy we stayed there. I would highly recommend this as an ideal stop if you want to go to Sydney, but not be in the crowd of the city... the ferry to Circular Quay only takes a little over half an hour! Thank you Ken, really enjoyed the place and your hospitality! Would definitely come back again!

Perfect spatious and clean accomodation, with beautiful view of Sydney. Perfect location with 3min walk to train station, tons of chinese shops and restaurants to explore in the suburb. It is exactly as in the photos and garage with parking space was a big plus.

Perfect place to attend a concert at Olympic park… very close to public transport and eating spots. Tom was a great host, the apartment was very well kept and full of everything needed including great sound, dvd’s and some games!
