Apartment vacation rentals in Strathcona, Vancouver

the condo is centrally located to many downtown attractions. the sky train is very close by, which was an added convenience. we were not granted an early check in and used the Blenz Coffee located near the condo to store our luggage until we could access the condo. This was convenient, but costly. housing security is an issue in all of the downtown area. while there were many folks who appeared to be under the influence of substances, we still felt safe and for the most part, they did not interact with us or our teenage daughters. I would recommend the condo for those who want convenience and cost effective travel. we were a reservation of 5 and had plenty of room in the condo. the two bathrooms was excellent. there were 6 bath towels provided. if you require more, pack some. there were also no pool towels available. if you're using the facility pool, perhaps throw some in so your bath towels don't double as pool towels. we enjoyed our stay & would recommend this condo.

Carmen's place worked out well for our stay - 5 persons including my two college aged kids and mother-in-law. Very clean and really convenient.

Loved our visit at Nahid's home! It was just as described and in a fantastic location. Nahid was always one step ahead of me, sending me information before I would ask. She responded quickly and was very accommodating to our late check in. Would love to stay again next time we visit Vancouver!

Amazing central location in downtown Vancouver. Easy to walk to the Harbour, Robson St., Stanley Park, etc. Building was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the spa and pool one evening during our stay. Would stay again.

We loved staying here!! It was so comfortable and clean. The floor to ceiling windows made the space feel bigger and gave us great views of the city. The location could not have been better, especially being so close to Davie St. Can’t recommend enough!!! Thank you!!!

This Airbnb was perfect for our group of 7 girls celebrating a friend’s bachelorette weekend! We stayed for 4 days and loved how conveniently located it was — close to great restaurants, a liquor store, convenience store, grocery store, and more. The unit had all the amenities we needed, including laundry (with detergent provided!), a smart TV that easily connected to my laptop for playing fun bachelorette games, and a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Alex greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, and was very responsive when the building’s elevator stopped working late one evening. Even though it was a holiday in Vancouver, the elevator was fixed by the next morning — we really appreciated the quick resolution. I highly recommend this clean and well-located space for groups! If you have an extra car and need another parking spot, you can find affordable parking nearby using the SpotHero app. We paid $88 for 3 days with in-and-out privileges at 770 Pacific Blvd.

Had a great time in Olga's place - it was clean, well-furnished, and was as described in the listing. Her and her co-hosts did an excellent job with communication, I always heard back from them very quickly. The amenities were good and there were clear instructions for the location. It had a beautiful view of Science World from the window and we appreciated the easy access to Chinatown and Gas Town. If you're sensitive to noise, you should be aware that the SkyTrain passes close by and can be loud but we got used to it very quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again my next time in Vancouver.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s in Vancouver over the last several years . Linda’s place stood out in every way. It was perfect . A real gem. And we plan to stay there again on our next trip to the city . Linda was well prepared for us and very responsive . She even found out where the nearest pickle ball courts were located !! Her place is on a quiet street but very close to a fantastic market as well as a deli, coffee shop , garment and pizza joint!! We cooked a lot and her kitchen had every utensil possible . Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful suite! Feels right at home! The location is great in a sense that it is walking distanced to Gastown, chinatown, and yaletown. However, there are many undesirable people hanging around in the neighborhood as other people have mentioned in their reviews. I don't exactly recommend the suite for families with smaller children as the place can be loud (my children are sensitive to the noise and lights). However, if your children can sleep through everything then you're solid. I really like how it is close to asian bakery stores and good asian restaurants.

Geoff was so awesome he sent us clear instructions. The place is cute and small but everything fits perfectly. I stayed with my husband and our luggage fit and we felt very comfortable. Neighborhood is safe and we were able to find street parking right outside the entrance

Absolutely amazing view. Very walkable. I know it's called out in the description, but note that the furniture does not match the photos at all. There is a large table that comfortably sits 6 (8 chairs total), and a huge sofa, large TVs. Despite the mismatch, the furniture is quite comfortable. Do bring a reading light if you like to read in bed. Only other mismatch was no coffee provided (just the coffee machine). The building is safe, quiet, elevator access is quick, a lovely cafe right next door, but this part of Vancouver is pretty walkable. The balconies and view are stunning. I would definitely return to this unit.

I had a great time staying here! From the day of arrival, Vincent was proactive to make sure he could buzz me in at the right time. The apartment itself is lovely and is in a fantastic location. It's so easy to walk to many of the attractions downtown, and even to Stanley Park if you're a big walker like me. The apartment was quiet and very clean. I would highly recommend staying at Vincent's place!

Sam’s place worked out well for our family. It was easy to get to, and had a few decent eateries and a grocery store within walking distance. The apartment itself had amazing views of the stadium and downtown. It was very quiet in the home, despite being in busy downtown. The space met our needs and had great natural light. It is a very urban, downtown location with all the pros and cons that come with that, but was worth the convenience for us.

Ana is an excellent host! She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The accommodation was located in an area that made it easy for us to get to local attractions. The unit is very clean with lots of soft fluffy towels and a well stocked kitchen. Excellent water pressure too!

For starters, the place was gorgeous and the view was stunning. My family and I had a wonderful trip and returning to this space for the night was the cherry on top. Luke was incredibly accommodating to our needs and nothing short of a spectacular host. Would come back again! Thanks, Luke!

Excellent! The Airbnb was exactly as described. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the location. It was great being within walking distance of lots of places! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Vancouver area.
