Spacious villa with open floor plan. 8 +3 beds. Electric car charging. 100m to Storsjön. The proximity to service, and amenities such as, shop 500 meters, as well as gym and restaurants 200 meters. To Östersund city center Stortorget 2 km. Bicycle and footpath to the city center at the property border. To the slalom slope on Frösöberget about 700 meters where there is also illuminated tracks. The local environment offers many nice training and excursion opportunities. 3 km to Ski Stadium Bus stop to the city center and airport, etc. 200 meters

Here you live in a new house, the forest in the back and 12 km drive along Storsjön into the pulse of Östersund;) Just over the hour's trip to Åre as well as Bydalsfjällen! There are many cozy forest trails around the corner for lovely runs, cycling or walking! Taste the forest berries along the way is a must:) The house's kitchen is open to the living room, easy to hang many tsm, with doors facing a large terrace for hanging even outside:) For children there is outdoor trampoline&sand box

The house that is close to Östersunds the city center that you on the bike you reach within 15 min. If you choose an evening at home in the house, you will be met by a quiet villa area. Here you can grill, play cube and listen to music. The entire group/family has plenty of room to hang out. Close to grocery stores/shopping, soccer fields, bathhouses and the main lake. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to your own lakeside newly built villa in quiet wooded area at the end of dead end street. Lovely by lake view and horizon. Spacious driveway with free charging for electric cars. Large socializing spaces both inside and out on the terrace in all directions. Gas grill on the terrace. 80 meters to the barbecue area down by the water and about 300 meters to the large jetty with beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2xWc & showers. Sleeps up to 10 people with extra mattresses and sofa.

Entire house with undisturbed location by the lake, wood-burning sauna cabin and own jetty for morning coffee, swimming and fishing. Large plot with trampoline, space for play and socializing. Fireplace. In the immediate area there are the larger alpine destinations. Grocery store within walking distance. Summertime offers mountain hiking, waterfalls, golf in Klövsjö and many other excursion destinations. Outdoor pools at the campsite. In winter, the ice offers pimpling and cross-country trails.

Turn of the century house in Jämtland near lake and mountains.

Welcome to our turn of the century house in Rätansbyn which has a wonderful old traditional country kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and a toilet with shower. The house is located privately but centrally in the village with a nice view of the lake and mountains. From here it is only 30 minutes by car to Vemdalsfjällen and the golf course in KLövsjö. Mountain hike, swim, fish or visit some of the waterfalls around Klövsjö , Storhogna , Vemdalen. Welcome!

Välkommen till vårt rymliga och mysiga hus, perfekt för familjer och vänner! Här finns ett stort kök med plats för 10 personer, ett vardagsrum med eldstad och 3 sovrum plus gästrum (totalt 8 bäddar). Två toaletter, dusch och badkar ger extra bekvämlighet. Ute finns en stor gård (2 ha), trädäck med inglasning och två grillar samt en lekplats. Bara 100 m till sjön med strand och 5 min med bil till centrum. En perfekt plats för avkoppling nära naturen!
