Here you live in a new house, the forest in the back and 12 km drive along Storsjön into the pulse of Östersund;) Just over the hour's trip to Åre as well as Bydalsfjällen! There are many cozy forest trails around the corner for lovely runs, cycling or walking! Taste the forest berries along the way is a must:) The house's kitchen is open to the living room, easy to hang many tsm, with doors facing a large terrace for hanging even outside:) For children there is outdoor trampoline&sand box

Large villa in Östersund

Welcome to a nice big villa with nice surroundings and close to the center. The accommodation is a perfect fit during stays in Östersund when the ski stadium, hockey and photo arena and airport are located within 5km distance. Åre is an hour drive away. At 180 sqm you can stay adults or with children. There are five bedrooms, big kitchen, dining area, kitchen island, two living rooms, two bathrooms laundry room as well as cozy patio, balcony and backyard. If you need an electric car, there is a charging box to use against fee.

Nice two-story house in Odensala - Östersund

The house that is close to Östersunds the city center that you on the bike you reach within 15 min. If you choose an evening at home in the house, you will be met by a quiet villa area. Here you can grill, play cube and listen to music. The entire group/family has plenty of room to hang out. Close to grocery stores/shopping, soccer fields, bathhouses and the main lake. In the house there are among other things Dishwasher Washing machine Dryer Robotdamsugare Sauna Coffee machine Melitta Vinkyl (refilled on arrival)

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Access to your own lakeside newly built villa in quiet wooded area at the end of dead end street. Lovely by lake view and horizon. Spacious driveway with free charging for electric cars. Large socializing spaces both inside and out on the terrace in all directions. Gas grill on the terrace. 80 meters to the barbecue area down by the water and about 300 meters to the large jetty with beach. 4-5 bedrooms, 2xWc & showers. Sleeps up to 10 people with extra mattresses and sofa.

Several beautiful walking paths, and easily accessible ski tracks in winter. Pets allowed.
