Sofa and TV in one of the sleeping alcoves. Office space for connecting computer to screen and WiFi. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students had their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the vicarage where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space. Newly renovated summer cottage in our farmhouse in Offerdal. It is close to mountains, forest and lakes. There are many cozy excursions to explore. On the farm, there are also cows, horses and cats. In the summer, cozy coffee is available to visit within walking or biking distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests can be found nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linens bring the guest themselves or rent from us for 60 SEK/set

Guest apartment outside villa 2,7 km from downtown Östersund. Apartment with 1 room with sofa bed 120 cm, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, shower and toilet. Plan garden in quiet area. The property is next door to Östersundstravet, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and camping and about 1 km to Lillänge shopping center. Duvet covers, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. Please bring your own bedding. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed linen and towels (SEK 50/person).

WiFi is available in the cabin. Cottage located on our house with nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Floor heating. Parking in our driveway.

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.
