I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Our stay in Zanzibar was made even better by this conveniently located apartment. It was within walking distance to great local street food spots—perfect for soaking in the local culture—as well as nearby shops for any quick essentials. We were just a short drive away from Stone Town, the airport, and other key attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host provided very clear and helpful instructions, which made settling in super easy. There was also a caretaker living right next door, which gave us extra peace of mind knowing help was always close by if needed. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Definitely felt like we won the "Last-Minute Booking Lottery" with this property!!! Place was better than advertised, and I never had an Airbnb host as accommodating as Khalid. 15 minute drive got you to all of the fun and exciting things to do on the island of Zanzibar, and my man Khalid had everything line up for us to maximize our 3 days/2 nights there. Would recommend this to anyone as their first option if they want to get away from being in the noisy downtown area. Oh, can't forget, that pool was amazing...could've stayed in there all day.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

We stayed at Fumba town for 5 days and the place was brilliant. Thanks to our lovely host and area the place was worth it. Bathroom and rooms looked better than in the picture.

The villa is beautiful and peaceful we had workers who made us breakfast, cleaned and cooked for us everyday The security guards were there 24/7 we felt safe , especially with the kids playing in the garden I wasn’t worried at all. The owner phoned me every day to make sure we happy with everything I would highly recommend it *******

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

Our stay went very well, the apartment is a secure residence. The person in charge of taking care of us: Ramia was a great person. I recommend.

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.
